Abstrak
This study is motivated by the business of tourism industry which is currently growing very
rapidly. therefore, it makes the among travel destination more competitive to increase the
number of visitors. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur is very popular and well known tourism
destination in Central Java. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur known as one of the place provided
the best facilities and services for visitors. The purpose of this study is to find out the existing
facilities, tourist satisfaction and methods of how to minimize dissatisfaction rating from the
visitors. The method used for this study is a quantitative method by collecting data using
questionnaires and calculating used SPPS software. The technique used to take a sample in this
study is the technique of sampling method or random used quantitative method involving (100)
one hundred visitors as respondents. The results from this study is that the level of satisfaction of
the visitors to the existing facilities. Based on the calculation of the respondents data in this
study, the value or score obtained for the existing facilities at this place is 4 (four). It proves that
better facilities can increase the level of satisfaction and the number of visitors in Taman Wisata
Candi Borobudur.
