ABSTRAK
Dampak Program Kemitraan Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Mitra Binaan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Medan
Skripsi ini berjudul “Dampak Program Kemitraan Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Mitra Binaan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Medan”. Skripsi ini terdiri dari 6 bab dengan 160 halaman. Masalah yang dibahas disini adalah adakah dampak program kemitraan terhadap sosial ekonomi mitra binaan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program kemitraan tersebut berdampak terhadap sosial ekonomi mitra binaan PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Medan.
Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatif, yang bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel penelitian dan juga bertujuan menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Sementara itu, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Moment. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 501 mitra binaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang mitra binaan. Teknik penarikan sampek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel acak sederhana.
Dari hasil analisis korelasi yang dilakukan dengan analisis product moment diketahui koefisien korelasi (���) = 0,30 dengan taraf siknifikan 5% (tarap kepercayaan 95%) yaitu 0,279, ternyata lebih besar dari harga t tabel yaitu (0,30>0,279), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubunganhipotesa (Ha) yang mengatakan “ada dampak program kemitraan terhadap sosial ekonomi mitra binaan PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Medan” dapat diterima. Sedangkan hipotesa nol (Ho) yang mengatakan “tidak ada dampak program kemitraan terhadap sosial ekonomi mitra binaan PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Medan” tidak dapat diterima (ditolak). Sedangkan kontribusi program kemitraan terhadap sosial ekonomi mitra binaan PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Medan adalah sebesar 9%.

this type of research is explanatory research, which aims to look at the relationship between the variables and the research aimed to test the hypothesis that has been formulated previously. Meanwhile, data collection techniques using Product Moment Collrelation technique. Total population in this study was 501 prisoners. The number of samples in this study were 50 prisoners. The sampling technique used in this study were simple random sample.
From the results of the correlation analysis carried out by the analysis of known product moment correlation coefficient (���) = 0.30 with a significance level of 5% (95% confidence tarap) is 0.279, was greater than the price of that table t (0.30> 0.279), thus it can be concluded that there is a hypothesis (Ha) that says "no impact on the socio-economic partnership program established partners PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Terrain" acceptable. While the null hypothesis (Ho) that says "there is no impact on the socio-economic partnership program established partners PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sub Area Field" can not be accepted (rejected). While contributing to the socio-economic partnership program established partners PT.Telekomunikasi Sub Area Medan Indonesia amounted to 9%.
