This study tried to describe the contents of the Act which recently legalized the Law No..6 Year 2014. Researchers took power portion of the village head in it. That power large village head examined its relevance to the state of the village as well as the development of democracy in Indonesia today. Law No.6/2014 realize the vision of a prosperous village, independent and democratic. Nation and state are actually located in the village. Then the village setting in the Act is urgent to realize its existence these ideals.
ABSTRACT
The village head became part that gets very large portion in the course of village governance. The village head is not only a representation of rural communities who choose it, but also buffer the relationship between the village with supradesa. The village head has jurisdiction, legitimacy, and authority in running the machine bureaucracy village and rural development. Without deny the role of the village assembly (BPD) as a legislative body, whether a village chief relevant given such great power and can run the authority and legitimacy of considering variability from village conditions in Indonesia?
A comprehensive review of the Act No. 6 of 2014 has become very necessary to parse all the problems. By the way it was compared with all the Law of the village never published before, this would be a special study looking interesting conclusions. In this study using the method descriptions, look for the data library (library research) as much as possible to strengthen this thesis treasures of charge.
