Kesimpulan
• Mekanisme plastisifikasi yang terjadi sudah memenuhi persyaratan yang ada di mana sendi plastis terjadi di ujung-ujung balok dan kolom paling bawah.
• Urutan terjadinya sendi plastis untuk skala gempa kecil – sedang – besar ialah balok – balok pada lantai 1,2 dan 4,5,6 diikuti balok pada lantai 3 lalu kolom lantai 1
• Performance Level yang didapat untuk gempa skala 0.67 ialah Fully Operational , skala 1.0 ialah Life Safety, dan skala 1.5 ialah Collapse Prevention di mana telah memenuhi syarat dari ATC-40.
• Nilai PL hinge yang melebihi 0.025 pada simulasi gempa skala 1.5 membuat Basic Objective tidak terpenuhi di mana akan ada banyak balok yang akan mengalami kegagalan akibat terlalu besarnya rotasi inelastic yang terjadi.
