Pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap Work-Family Conflict pada Karyawan Mira Tantri Saragih & Zulkarnain
Abstrak
Job insecurity merupakan salah satu bentuk stressor pekerjaan. Individu yang mengalami job insecurity cenderung mengalami kesulitan dalam memenuhi peran mereka sebagai pasangan atau orangtua di dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job insecurity terhadap work-family conflict karyawan di suatu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang farmasi. Ada sebanyak 124 karyawan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala work-family conflict dan skala job insecurity. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisa regresi sederhana dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara job insecurity terhadap work-family conflict karyawan. Studi ini membuktikan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap work-family conflict. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan untuk dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap work-family conflict pada karyawan.

The Influence of Job Insecurity toward Work-Family Conflict among Employees

Abstract
Job insecurity is one of work stressors. Individuals who experienced job insecurity tend to have difficulty in fulfilling their role as a spouse or parent. This study aims to examine the influence of job insecurity toward work-family conflict among pharmaceutical employees. There were 124 employees involved in this study. Data were collected by using work-family conflict scale and job insecurity scale. Data were analyzed by using linear regression and the result of this study showed a positive influence of job insecurity toward work-family conflict among employees. This study proves that job insecurity has positive impact on work-family conflict. The results of this study are expected to provide an understanding of how job insecurity influence work-family conflict among employees.
