ABSTRACT
Classroom Action Research with respect to application of Contextual Teaching and Learning approach to improve students learning outcome in science about appreance sky object on the fourth grade of SDN 2 Cibodas, West Bandung Regency. The general purpose of research is to describe how application of Contextual Teaching and Learning approach to improve students learning outcome in science studies. As for specials purpose of research is to describe how learning plan, implementation, and students learning outcome with applying Contextual Teaching and Learning approach. The methode of this research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with applying Kemmis and Taggart model into three cycles which include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The technical of data collection in research is test instrument, a report of observations, and field notes. The result of research showed that there was an increase of students learning outcome after completing the action. The data of research showed that percentage of the first cycle is 38,4% then the second cycle is 64,5%, and the three cycles reaches the percentage 93,3% or only two students
