KERJA SAMA SAINTIFIK. DAN PENDIDIKAN TINGGI

Sesuai dengan keinginan dar.i ·Keme.nterian Riset; Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi ,•

dari Republik Indonesia dan Kementerian Pendidikan dari Kerajaan Arab Saudi (yang untuk selanjutnya dikatakan sebaga·i "Para Pihak"), untuk mengkonsolidasikan ikatan persahabatan melalui peningkatan kerja sama saintifik dan pendidikan tinggi,

antara Republik Indonesia dan Kerajaan Arab Saudi, serta sehubungan dengan pnnsip kesetaraan dan keuntungan bersama, melalui peraturan dan regulasi yang be-rlaku pada kedua Negara, dan berdasarkan kapabilitas masing-masing Negara, maka kedua Negara telah mencapai pemahaman berikut ini:

Pasal 1

Para Pihak akan mendukung pertukaran kunjungan kerja oleh pejabat yang menangani pendidikan tinggi, dosen, peneliti, serta pertukaran delegasi pendidikan tiriggi dalam rangka memperkuat kerja sama dalam area yang menjadi minat

Pasal 16

Para Pihak menyetujui bahwa hak kekayaan intelektual (HKI) yang dihasilkan d.ari pelaksanaan PKS ini, akan dimiliki oleh mitra Indonesia dan Arab Saudi yang menjalin kerja sama, dan penggunaan HKI akan diatur pada perjanjian terpisah antara dua mitra yang bekerja sama tersebut.

Para Pihak bersepakat untuk menggunakan informasi yang didapat hanya untuk tujuan kegiatan yang telah disepakati diantara keduanya. Masing-masing Pihak berjanji untuk tidak memberikan informasi kepada Pihak ketiga, tanpa perjanjian tertulis dad Pihak lainnya.

PKS ini dapat dikaji maupun diubah pada setiap waktu dengan persetujuan tertulis dari para Pihak. Revisi maupun perubahan tersebut akan berlaku pada waktu yang ditentukan ()leh Para pihak dan akan menjadi bagian resmi dari PKS ini.

Pasal19

Setiap perselisihan yang timbul dari penafsiran atau pelaksanaan PKS ini akan

diselesaikan secara damai melalui konsultasi atau perundingan antara Para Pihak.

Pasal20

a) · PKS ini akan diberlakukan sejak ditanda-tarigani.

b) PKS ini akan tetap berlaku untuk jangka waktu tiga (3) tahun dari bisa secara otomatis diperpanjang untuk jangka waktu yang sama. Para Pihak dapat

· memberhentikan PKS ini kapanptin, .dengan memberikan notifikasi secara

tertulis, mengenai keinginannya enam (6) bulan sebelum tanggal berakhirnya

perjanjian ini.

c) Penghentian PKS ini tidak akan mempengaruhi pengaturan, program, kegiatan

atau proyek yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan PKS ini, sampai penyelesaian dari

pengaturan program, kegiatan dan proyek selesai, kecuali para Pihak

menghendaki lain.

DENGAN KESAKSIAN, yang bertandatangan di bawah ini, atas dasar kuasa yang

sah oleh Pemerintah masing-masing, telah menandatangani Program Kerja Sama

ini.

Ditanda-tangani di Bogor dala.m rangkap dua, pada hari ini Rabu tanggal 1 Maret

2017, masing-masing dalam bahasa lnd.onesia, Arab dan lnggris, semua teks adalah

otentik. Dalam hal terjadi perbedaan penafsiran, naskah bahasa lnggris yang

berlaku.

THE MINISTRY OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND HIGHER EDUCATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

AND

THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA IN SCIENTIFIC AND HIGHER EDUCATiONAL COOPERATION

As desired by both Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia and The Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

(~ereinafter referred to as the Parties) to consolidate the bonds of friendship between

the two Countries and to raise the level of cooperation in the fields of higher education and scientific research between the Repub1!c of Indonesia and the Kingriom of Saud! Arabia, and in ac.crrdance with the principle of equality and rnutll31

The Parties shall encourage the exchange of students through scholarships and

study programs according to their capabilities, as well as promote student exchange

visits.

The Parties shali endeavor to provide opportunities fo:~ students to study medicine

and allied medical sciences in higher education institutions and medical centers, as

well as work to overcome difficulties in this·area, and to facilitate the acceptance of

students for postgraduate studies, in a.ccmdance with procedures followed in both
