GUSTIYANSYAH ILHAM Pemberian Pupuk Urin Kelinci Terhadap Pertumbuhan Berbagai Jenis Bahan Tanam Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis). Dibimbing oleh YAYA HASANAH dan NINI RAHMAWATI
Binahong merupakan tanaman obat yang mengandung banyak manfaat diantaranya mengobati diabetes, pengobatan pasca operasi, dan mengobati penyakit dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi pupuk urin kelinci dan jenis bahan tanam yang dapat meningkatkan produksi binahong. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara yang berada pada ketinggian ±32 m dpl dari bulan maret sampai mei 2016. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak Kelompok dengan 2 faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama adalah bahan tanam, yaitu Setek Pucuk; Setek Batang; Umbi Ketiak Daun dan faktor kedua pemberian pupuk urine kelinci dengan 4 taraf yaitu kontrol; 30; 60; dan 90 ml/l air. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Jarak Berganda Duncan. Peubah amatan yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah tajuk, bobot kering tajuk, bobot basah akar dan bobot kering akar
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahan tanam umbi ketiak daun nyata meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah akar, bobot kering akar dan bobot kering tajuk. Pemberian pupuk urine kelinci 90ml/l air cenderung meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah akar dan bobot kering akar. Interaksi antara kedua perlakuan tesebut meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 2 MST

Binahong is a medicinal plant that contains a lot of benefits such as treating diabetes, postoperative treatment, and cure the disease. This research aimed to get a concentration of rabbit urine fertilizer and planting material which can increase the production of binahong. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatera Utara at an altitude ± 32 m asl from March to May 2016. The research was a randomized block design with 2 factors. The first factor is the planting material, namely Shoots Cuttings; Stem Cuttings; Axillary Tuber and the second factor rabbit urine fertilizer with 4 levels ie 0; 30; 60; and 90 ml / l of water. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test. Variables that observations of plant height, number of leaves, weight of wet shot, weight of wet root, weight of dry shoot, and weight of dry root.
The results showed axillary tuber planting materials markedly increased plant height, leaf number, root wet weight, dry weight of root and shoot dry weight. Rabbit urine fertilizer application 90ml / l of water tends to increase plant height, leaf number, wet weight of roots and root dry weight. The interaction between the two treatments proficiency level increased plant height 2 WAP
