Total human resources by 31 December 2011 are 2,014 people. Compared to employees’ realization by 31 December 2010, which amounted to 2,181 people, decreased by 167 personnel.

Employee amount include seconded and hired staff to subsidiary companies, as follows:

• Seconded staffs at PT TPS are 279 personnel, 20 people at PT BJTI and 1 personnel at PT PORTEK Indonesia. Total seconded staffs

are 300 personnel.

• Hired staff by PT PORTEK Indonesia is 1 personnel.

PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN

Guna meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai, serta dalam rangka knowledge upgrading, selama tahun 2011 Pelindo III telah melaksanakan serangkaian program pendidikan dan pelatihan.

Program tersebut diantaranya: in-house training yang diikuti 1.812 orang pegawai dan ex-house training di dalam maupun di luar negeri yang diikuti 251 orang pegawai. Selain itu, Pelindo III juga telah melaksanakan pendidikan dasar Pengenalan Perusahaan dan Pembentukan Karakter bagi Pelamar Lulus Seleksi (PLS) sebanyak 363 orang peserta.

To improve employee’s competence, and to upgrade knowledge, during 2011, Pelindo III has organized series of educational and training programs. The programs include: in-house training participated by 1,812 employees and ex- house training, inside and outside the country, which is participated by 251 employees. Besides, Pelindo III has also arranged elementary education on Company Introduction and Character Building for 363 Selected Applicants.
