Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality

In stakeholder engagement, ANTAM has various engagement methods such as regular meetings, multi- stakeholder forums, one-on-one meetings, seminars, exhibitions, satisfaction surveys, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and other activities. ANTAM has various methods of engagement because each stakeholder group has different characteristics and topics. We also try to ensure that every activity that engages with many stakeholders (multi-stakeholder) from each group has representatives so that it can be properly represented. [102-40]

We also pay attention and select methods that are more effective for stakeholders around the operational area. We use the Musrembang forum (planning and development deliberations) at the Business Units / Units at the village and sub-district levels. We started using an application this year to conduct virtual meetings to comply with government protocols in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Dalam pelibatan pemangku kepentingan, ANTAM memiliki beragam metode pelibatan seperti pertemuan berkala, multi-stakeholder forum, one-on-one meeting, seminar, pameran, survei kepuasan, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan kegiatan lainnya. ANTAM memiliki berbagai metode pelibatan karena setiap kelompok pemangku kepentingan memiliki karakteristik dan topik yang berbeda-beda. Kami juga berusaha memastikan setiap kegiatan yang melibatkan banyak pemangku kepentingan (multi-stakeholder) terdapat wakil dari setiap kelompok sehingga dapat terwakili dengan baik.

Kami juga memperhatikan dan memilih metode yang lebih efektif untuk para pemangku kepentingan di sekitar wilayah operasional. Seperti di Unit/Unit Bisnis di tingkat desa dan kecamatan, Kami memakai forum Musrembang (musyawarah perencanaan dan pengembangan). Tahun ini, Kami mulai menggunakan aplikasi untuk melakukan pertemuan secara virtual untuk menaati protokol pemerintah dalam mencegah penyebaran COVID-19.
