ABSTAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi providing protection PT. PLN. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini adalah data primer dan sekunder, jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 orang responden yang merupakan keseluruhan dari populasi PT. PLN Persero Unit Induk Pembangunan Hertasning, sehingga digunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap providing protection pada karyawan PT. PLN Persero Unit Induk Pembangunan Hertasning, berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap providing protection pada karyawan PT. PLN PLN Persero Unit Induk Pembangunan Hertasning, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tindakan pekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap providing protection pada karyawan PT.

This study aims to analyze the factors that providing protection PT. PLN. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, the number of samples is 140 respondents who are the entire populations of PT.PLN Persero Unit Main Hertasning, so that the saturated sample is used. The analysis technique used is multiple regression method and hypothesis testing using the test f and test t. The results showed that working conditing had a positive and significant to providing protection to employees of PT. PLN Persero Unit Induk Devolopments Hertasning, based on data analysis show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on providing protection to employees of PT. PLN Persero Hertasning mian Unit, while based on data analysis shows that workesr’ actions have a positive and significant affect on providing protection at PT.PLN Persero Hertasning Main Development Unit.
