  • Cycle II

This meeting began by praying and greeting, checking the attendance list and asking the students' condition. Before action, the teacher gave test (pre-test) to practice as perform based on the topic in the dialogues about pronouncing .. congratulation which was entitled the experience of the students' . personally in school. Afterwards, the researcher asked the students to practice and perform with groups in front of the class.

For the last meeting the result of the speaking test, most of the students were difficult to speak and fluently to carry out the dialogue used their own words. In this meeting, the students found it difficult to speak because the teacher had just explained a little about the dialogues. In this meeting, the researcher reviewed the oral test that the students did in the first meeting.

Here the researcher was as a teacher and the English teacher as a collaborator who observes the students' activities during the teaching learning process. From the result of the first meeting, it can be seen that most of the students had difficulties in realizing and practicing dialogues about the topic. Although there was an increase in the result from the first and second meeting, but the research should be continued in the next cycle because the average of the students has not yet reached the minimum standard criteria (70).

Furthermore, the researcher made an observation sheet consisting of list of students' name and list of the students' activities that will be observed during teaching learning process. After the teacher explained the material, the teacher gave the students dialogues about compliments. In those dialogues there are questions/answers than the teacher asked the students to perform.

This means that the time is up and the researcher has finished the lesson and reminded the students to learn about speaking again. We can conclude that the learning process went well and that the students were as active as in the first cycle. In the second cycle, the students were just as active in completing the tasks and the test as before.
