Praise be to the blessings and grace of God Almighty who has given health and opportunity to the author so that he can carry out the practice activities and complete the practice reports that the authors do in PT. In compiling this Internship report, the author realizes that without the guidance of various parties, this Internship report cannot be completed in a given time, so the authors want to thank all those who have been involved and helped the author. Firrizqi Pratama as the implementing officer for occupational health and safety who has always monitored our safety during the field apprenticeship period.

PLN (Persero) ULP Bengkalis who already give the author guidance and a lot of experience during the job training. The author is aware that the preparation of this apprenticeship report is still far from perfect, both in terms of preparation, language and writing.

INTRODUCTION

Background of the Apprenticeship

This week the author was taught how to enter customer ID through the PLN mobile application. 17 Table 3.5 The first week of April The author did the same activity with some activities in March. Systems and procedures performed by the author while performing practical work activities at PT.

25 The author was tasked with adding a customer ID so that customers are registered in the PLN system through the PLN Mobile application. In this activity, the author is tasked with summarizing the customer ID/NIK data previously sent by the billing officer, after which it will be re-entered into Microsoft Excel so that the customer ID/NIK in the PLN system be registered. After the author enters the customer ID/NIK data entered via Microsoft Excel, the author will write it on the minutes sheet.

In this activity, the Author is tasked with matching the customer ID and the customer's NIK. In the implementation of this Internship, the author performs Internship in one of the state-owned companies, namely PT.

The apprenticeship done is very beneficial to many parties such as students, companies and Bengkalis State Polytechnic.

18, the status of the State Electricity Company (PLN) is determined as the State General Electricity Company and as the Holder of the permit for conducting activities with electricity (PKUK) with the task of providing electricity in the public interest. Indonesia and the dynamism of the pace of PLN and its people, as well as the courage to face the challenges of the times. Blue : symbolizes loyalty and dedication to the task of achieving and achieving the well-being and prosperity of the Indonesian people and the reliability of PLN staff in providing the best services to their customers.

The red color represents the maturity of PLN as the first electricity company in Indonesia and the dynamism of the pace of PLN and the company's people, as well as the courage to face the challenges of the times. Three waves, colored blue, sinusodia-shaped (2 1⁄2 periods), the ends of the waves facing downwards, placed parallel in the horizontal direction and located in the center on a yellow base. The blue color symbolizes loyalty and dedication to the task of achieving and achieving prosperity and welfare for the Indonesian people, as well as the reliability of PLN staff in providing the best service to its customers.

Each position in the organizational structure has its own responsibility and duty to achieve the goals of its organization. It supervises the construction, operation and maintenance of distribution networks to maintain the reliability of electricity supply.

After the study, the Author was asked to immediately resume the work he was taught. The author also receives a new activity, namely the completion of the Official Report (BA) for updating the completeness of PLN customer data. In this activity the Author was assigned the task of dividing customer addresses by place of residence using Microsoft Excel.

In this activity, the author was tasked with summarizing a drawing of a 450 VA power customer's home in Microsoft Excel, previously sent by the billing officer in a predetermined format. Upon receipt, The Author first ensures that the letter is signed by the parties involved, such as the K3L Officer PT. This activity required the author to upload photos of disturbances near the network, such as tree branches, and then determine the coordinates of the disturbance.

When accepted, the author is first allowed to log into Inspecta using PLN's SSO. When The Author joined P2TL to check the KWH and check the transformer network, the Author was tasked with filling out an official report consisting of the identity of the examiner and the identity of the customer . When following the officers who do network inspections/network combs, the writer is seen the lines of the electricity network in the surrounding towns and when this network inspection is done, the writer is also taught to see how the condition of the electricity poles is good, to any disturbances around the network that could harm the surrounding community.

Then, in this Practice, the author also understands how the systems and procedures that are developed in ULP Bengkalis. The author gives some suggestions for different parties, namely for the author himself, for the students or younger siblings who will do internship in the next period, for companies and for the Bengal State Polytechnic.

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

Conclusions

Engineering section is also taught such as when taken in the field to visit PLTD to find out how PLN's business processes are the power plants we use now. The PLN ULP Bengkalis office does not have a separate room for internship students, so during the internship students use the meeting room, sometimes when it is held, students are forced to go out and find their own desk that can be used for a while.
