This week the author was taught how to enter customer ID through the PLN mobile application. After studying, the author was asked to immediately continue the work that had been taught. The author also gets a new activity, which is to complete the official report (BA) for updating the completeness of PLN customer data.
23 Table 3.15 was the third week of June. The authors still perform the same activities as last week's activities, additional activities, namely The author creates billing management (Billman) and enters inspection data in the form of evidence. The work performed by the author is still the same as the usual work, namely ancillary activities, namely The author checks the K3L Inspection Form (P3K Box, Light Fire Extinguisher, PPE Inspection and Monthly Accident Report Installation, participates in the performance of the work of the ULP Bengkalis Yantek Equipment and Troops (Siaga Day) Eid al-Adha 1443 H), as well as entering data on Gempur's activities with the inspection of LPB UP3 Dumai. The author was given the task of adding a customer ID so that customers are registered in the PLN system via the PLN Mobile application.
In this activity, the writer was assigned the task of separating customer addresses by residence using Microsoft Excel. In this activity, the writer is tasked with summarizing the customer ID/NIK data previously sent by the billing officer, after which it will be re-entered into Microsoft Excel so that the customer ID/NIK in the PLN system is registered. In this activity, the writer was tasked with recapitulating a drawing of a 450 VA power customer's house in Microsoft Excel that had previously been sent by the billing officer in a pre-defined format.
The author looks for the customer ID in the data previously sent by the Billman coordinator. When received, the author first makes sure that the letter is signed by the interested parties, such as K3L Officer PT. After the author enters the Customer ID/NIK data that was entered via Microsoft Excel, the author will write it on the Minutes sheet.
In this activity, the author was tasked with uploading photos of disturbances near the grid such as tree branches and then determining the coordinates of the disturbance. When accepted, the author is first allowed to login to Inspecta with PLN's SSO. In this activity, the originator is tasked with matching the customer ID and NIK of the customers.
Then in this apprenticeship, the author also understands the systems and procedures that take place at ULP Bengkalis. The author offers some suggestions for different parties, namely for the author himself, for students or younger siblings who will be doing apprenticeships in the next period, for companies and for Bengkalis State Polytechnic.
CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
Conclusion
The writer gets tasks in 4 (four) areas, namely the Customer Service Department to serve customers and registration administration, the Energy Transaction Department for P2TL activities, know problematic customers and record accounts, the Engineering Department to find out how the system works in the field, and the Health Department and Occupational Safety to know what can and cannot be done when doing work in the field, as well as to avoid things that can be dangerous. In the implementation of this apprenticeship, the authors do apprenticeship in one of the state-owned enterprises in Riau, namely PT. The PLN ULP Bengkalis office does not have a separate room for PKL students, so during the PKL, students use the meeting room, sometimes when it is held, students are forced to go out and find their own desk which for a can be used for a while.
