Sebagai warga kota sadar atas kebutuhan ruang-ruang publik yang sehat, manusiawi dan kreatif inovative.

Dalam ruang yang semakin padat akibat dari komodifikasi tempat bagi inklusif dan egaliter semakin menyusut. Tempat tidak hanya sebatas ruang fisik melainkan himpunan sosial yang berubah seiring perubahan relasi sosial.

Alam & Lingkungan ( Nature & Environment )

Membangun tidak hanya sebatas dalam menciptakan gedung, rumah, plaza, paltaran, komersil building tetapi adanya kesinambungan anatara alam dan manusia adalah hal terpenting dalam merancang. saat terjadi keseimbangan anatara siklus manusia dengan alam akan memberikan kesan yang aman, tentram dan nyaman.

Budaya ( Culture )

Arsitektur merupakan wujud kebudayaan yang berlaku di masyarakat sehingga perkembangan arsitektur tidak dapat dipisahkan dari perkembangan kebudayaan masyarakat itu sendiri. Interaksi antara pemilik bangunan, peraturan daerah, dan arsitek perlu memiliki kesamaan pandang

Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mengelola data.

Dengan adanya sensor dan perangkat yang terhubung di seluruh bangunan, informasi yang diperoleh dapat digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih efisien kepada pengguna.
