I can almost see it That dream I'm dreaming
But there's a voice inside my head saying You'll never reach it
Every step I'm taking Every move I make feels Lost with no direction My faith is shaking But I, I gotta keep trying Gotta keep my head held high
There's always gonna be another mountain I'm always gonna wanna make it move Always gonna be an uphill battle Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side It's the climb
The struggles I'm facing The chances I'm taking
Sometimes might knock me down, but No, I'm not breaking
I may not know it
But these are the moments, that I'm gonna remember most, yeah Just gotta keep going
And I, I gotta be strong Just keep pushing on, 'cause
There's always gonna be another mountain I'm always gonna wanna make it move Always gonna be an uphill battle Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side It's the climb
Keep on moving, keep climbing

Once upon a time, there was a brave soldier who had faithfully served his king for many years.
His courage in battle earned him great respect. But when the war ended, the king dismissed him without any reward for his service. Sad and without money, the soldier wandered through the countryside, unsure of his future.
One evening, he came across a small hut. An old witch stepped out.
“Good evening, old mother,” the soldier said. “Do you have a place for a tired soldier to rest?”
“I do,” the witch replied. “But you must do something for me in return.”
“What must I do?” the soldier asked.
“In the forest, there is a well,” the witch explained. “At the bottom of this well lies a blue light. Bring it to me, and I’ll give you food and shelter.”
The soldier agreed, as he had no choice. The witch gave him a rope to lower himself into the well. He climbed down into the darkness and soon found the blue light.
“Here it is!” he called up. “Pull me up!”
But instead of helping him, the witch laughed. “Foolish soldier! Stay down there!” she sneered.
The soldier was trapped.
As he sat in the dark well, he noticed the blue light glowing faintly. Out of curiosity, he struck it against the wall. To his surprise, a small dwarf appeared.
“Master, what do you command?” the dwarf asked.
“Get me out of here,” the soldier said. In an instant, he was back on the surface.
“Now, bring me enough wealth to live comfortably,” he ordered. Soon, the soldier had gold, fine clothes, and a grand house.
When the king heard of the soldier’s fortune, he invited him to the palace. Sensing danger, the soldier brought the blue light with him. The king, seeing the blue light, demanded it. But the soldier struck it again, and the dwarf appeared.
“Teach this king a lesson in humility,” the soldier commanded. The dwarf made the king experience the hardships the soldier had faced.
Humbled, the king begged for forgiveness, and the soldier forgave him. Using the blue light’s power, the soldier helped many others and eventually found happiness with a kind princess.

The ketogenic (keto) diet is a popular low-carb, high-fat diet that many people use to lose weight or improve their health. The diet works by changing the way your body gets energy. Normally, the body uses carbohydrates for fuel. But with the keto diet, the body starts using fat for energy instead.
On this diet, you eat very few carbs and a lot of fats. Typically, your food would consist of 70-75%
fat, 20-25% protein, and only 5-10% carbohydrates. Common foods in this diet include meat, fatty fish, eggs, cheese, butter, oils, nuts, seeds, and low-carb vegetables like spinach or broccoli. You avoid or limit foods like grains (bread, rice), sugary snacks, most fruits, and starchy vegetables like potatoes.
One main reason people following this diet is to lose weight. Since your body burns fat for energy, this can help you lose fat more effectively than other diets. It may also help with blood sugar control and improve how your body uses insulin. Some people say it makes them feel more focused and energized because the body gets a steady supply of fuel from fat. This diet was originally created in the 1920s to help treat epilepsy, especially in children whose seizures didn’t respond to medicine. It is still used for this purpose today.
While there are benefits, the keto diet isn’t for everyone and can have some downsides. Since it limits many fruits, vegetables, and grains, it can lead to nutrient deficiencies. Some people experience the "keto flu" when starting the diet, which can cause tiredness, headaches, nausea, and irritability. Also, eating less fiber may cause constipation. Long-term effects of the diet are still unclear. Some research shows it might hurt heart health because of the high intake of saturated fat, while other studies show possible benefits.
In summary, the keto diet can be a good short-term option for weight loss, blood sugar control, and treating conditions like epilepsy. However, it needs more researches on its long-term effects.
It’s important to talk to a doctor or healthcare professional before starting the diet to make sure it’s right for you.
