Anwesend waren Stempfel, Scherer, Vonnegut,
Rath + Westing.
Der Präsident Stempfel führte den Vorsitz.
Das Protokoll der letzten Sitzung wurde angenommen
wie verlesen.
Da Dr. Robert Fischer kranheitshalber verhindert
ist, zur Zeit als Mitglied der Administrationbehörde
zu dienen, so wurde Theo Stempfel beauftragt,
mit Dr. Hugo Pantzer Rücksprache zu nehmen,
ob er willens sei, die Stellung als Acting Dean
of the Department of Anatomy, Phisiology and
Hygiene zu übernehmen.
Als Nachfolger von Professor Chas E Emmerich
wurde Peter Scherer als Acting Dean of the
Department of Letters and General Science in
Vorschlag gebracht.
Im Falle die genannten Herren ihre Zusage
geben, soll dieser Plan allen Mitgliedern der
Verwaltungsbehörde zur Abstimmung unterbreitet werden.
Die folgenden Rechnungen wurden zur Zahlung
angewiesen:

Theo Stempfel wurde beauftragt, mit Prof. Alex.
Ermistinoff Rücksprache zu nehmen, betreffs
des Musikunterrichts.

President Stempfel chaired the meeting.
Last meeting’s minutes were approved as read.
Since Dr. Robert Fischer is currently unable to serve as member of the Administrative Office due to illness, Theo Stempfel was instructed to inquire of Dr. Hugo Pantzer, whether he may be willing to take over the position of the Acting Dean of the Department of Anatomy, Physiology and Hygiene.
Peter Scherer was nominated as the successor of Professor Chas E. Emmerich as Acting Dean of the Department of Letters and General Science.
Should both gentlemen give their consent, this plan will be presented then to all members of the Seminary’s leadership for their vote.
