Will and Going to
Will
We use will to speak about plan that spontaneously planned, willingness to do something or make an offer e.g : 1. I will eat dinner at home
2. I will help you with your English tasks 3. I will lend you a hand if you don’t mind
Will and Going to
Going to
We use going to to speak about prediction about future, plan that already planned and arranged
e.g : 1. I think next year is going to be better than now
2. I am going to the beach with my family at weekend
The future progressive tenses is used to talk about an action that will already have started and will still be happening by a certain time of the future.
Form : Will + Have + Been + Verb-ing
e.g : He will have been teaching for more than 30 years when he retires

The simple future tenses is used to explain an activity that will be completed by a certain time in the future.
Form : Will + Have + Verb 2
e.g : By 2020, I will have graduated from highschool.
