Abstrak
Tujuan pene litian ini adala h (1) Menge tahui pe nge lolaan pembe lajara n daring selama m a s a pandemi COVID-19 di SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng, Bali, (2) Mengetahui problematika yang dihadapi dalam pe laksanaan pembela jaran daring se lama masa pandem i CO VID -19 di SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng, Bali, (3) Mengetahui upa ya SLB Ne geri 2 Buleleng da lam meningkatkan pola intera ksi s os ial guru dan siswa selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen, observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Subjek dalam pe nelitian ini adalah guru ma ta pe lajara n pada jenjang S MAL B ya ng berjum lah 3 (tiga) ora ng. Hasil pene litia n menunjukkan bahwa (1) proses be lajar mengajar tida k dilakukan secara ta ta p m uka langsung, dikenal dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring melalui aplikasi online untuk penugasa n seperti whats app (WA); se lain itu, tugas da pat diam bil langsung ke s e kola h ole h ora ng tua/wali setiap minggunya bagi siswa ya ng mengalam i kendala mengikuti pembe lajara n daring, (2) Di awal diberlakukannya pembelajaran daring tentu terdapat beberapa masalah selama proses penyesuaian seperti ketiadaan sarana penunjang mulai gadget, sinyal hingga kuota internet yang terbatas, kurangnya fokus s iswa selama pembe lajaran dan terbatasnya pendampingan ora ng tua, (3 ) Upaya yang dilakukan guna meningkatkan interaksi sosial yang terjadi antara guru-siswa yaitu dengan tetap menjaga komunikasi antara guru, orang tua dan siswa dengan selalu memberikan bimbingan guna memotivasi dan menjaga antusiasme siswa selama proses belajar, disamping pemilihan sumber dan media belajar yang tepat dan menyenangkan; bagi siswa yang mengalami kenda la mengikuti pem bela jaran daring, dilakuka n upaya home visit oleh wali kelas agar anak te ta p mendapat hak yang sama.

Abstract
The aims of this s tudy were (1) to find out the manageme nt of online learning during the CO V ID - 19 pandemic a t SL B Negeri 2 Bulele ng, Ba li, (2) to find out the problems faced in implementing onl ine learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng, Bali, (3) Knowing the efforts of SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng in improving the pa ttern of soc ial interaction of teachers and students duri ng the CO VID -19 pandemic. T he research me thod used is descriptive qualitative. Da ta were c o lle c te d through document s tudy, observation and in-de pth intervie ws. T he s ubjects in this study were s ubject teachers at the SMAL B leve l, totaling 3 (three) pe ople. T he results s howe d that (1) the te a c hing and learning process was not carrie d out face-to-face, know n as online dis tance learning through onli ne applica tions for assignments suc h as wha tsapp (W A); in addition, assignments can be taken d ire c tly to school by parents/guardians every week for students who have problems participating in online learning, (2) At the beginning of the implementation of online learning, of course there are some problems during the adjustme nt process such as the absence of s upporting fac ilities ra nging from gadgets , signa ls to quotas lim ited inte rnet, lack of s tudent focus during learning and limited pa re nta l assis tance, (3) Efforts a re m a de to increase socia l interactions tha t occur be tween teacher -stude nts , name ly by mainta ining communica tion between teachers , pare nts a nd stude nts by alwa ys provid ing guidance to motivate and maintain student enthusiasm during the learning process, in addition to selecting appropriate and fun learning sources and media; For students who have problems participating in online learning, home visits are made by the homeroom teacher so that c hildre n s till have the same rights.
