KETEPATAN CODING DIAGNOSIS PADA KASUS BEDAH UMUM PASIEN RAWAT INAP UNTUK KLAIM BPJS

DI RUMAH SAKIT PANTI RINI SLEMAN TAHUN 2018 Fadila Ayu Pangestu¹, Endang Purwanti²

INTISARI

Latar Belakang : Ketepatan dalam pengodean akan berpengaruh pada pembiayaan rumah sakit seperti klaim BPJS, ketepatan kode berpengaruh pada kualitas rumah sakit, karena kode akan menghasilkan data yang berkualitas seperti digunakan untuk pelaksanaan indek penyakit, tindakan, dan pelaporan rumah sakit. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan dari 10 berkas rekam medis dalam tahun 2018 masih menemukan ketidaktepatan dalam penulisan kode diagnosis bedah umum sekitar 9 berkas rekam medis yang belum tepat.

Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketepatan coding untuk klaim BPJS pada diagnosis kasus bedah umum pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Panti Rini Kalasan Sleman.

Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan restropektif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah berkas rekam medis dan lembar verifikasi INA CBG‟s sejumlah 72 data.

Hasil Penelitian : Dari 72 data yang diambil dari berkas rekam medis dan lembar verifkasi INA CBG‟s terdapat beberapa data yang tidak tepat kode dari keseluruhan dari berkas rekam medis maupun lembar verifikasi yaitu 26. Ditemukan ketidaktepatan kode berkas rekam medis pada kode karakter ke 4 sejumlah 67% dan ketidaktepatan pada lembar verifikasi sejumlah 80% pada kurang kode.

Kesimpulan : Ketepatan kode pada Rumah Sakit Panti Rini belum tepat karena kode di berkas berbeda dengan kode yang INA CBG'S. Dampak dari ketidaktepatan kode yaitu pembiayaan rumah sakit seperti klaim BPJS.

ABSTRACT

Background : Accuracy in coding will affect hospital financing such as BPJS claims, the accuracy of the code affects the quality of the hospital, because the code will produce quality data as used for the implementation of the disease index, actions, and reporting of hospitals. Based on the results of a preliminary study of 10 medical record files in 2018 still found inaccuracies in writing general surgical diagnosis codes around 9 medical record files that were not appropriate.

Research Objective : This study aims to determine the accuracy of coding for BPJS claims in the diagnosis of general surgical cases of inpatients at Kalasan Sleman Panti Rini Hospital.

Research Methods : This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method with a retropective design. The objects in this study were medical record files and INA CBG's verification sheets of 72 data.

Results : From 72 data taken from the medical record file and the INA CBG verification sheet, there are some incorrect data codes from the entire medical record file and verification sheet, which are 26. Inaccuracies in the medical record file code in the 4th character code number 67% and the inaccuracy on the verification sheet is 80% in the lack of code.

Conclusion : The accuracy of the code at Panti Rini Hospital is good.

The impact of the inaccuracy of the code is hospital financing like the BPJS claim.
