In the event that an organization fails to field five people, it will waive all rights to compete in the meet. No person shall be permitted to enter the race who shall not have had at least three weeks' training under the cross-country race.ch.
The meeting will take place in the fourth week after registration, the course will be decided by the coacb, but over three miles in length. There is a greater interest in this event every year and large crowds come from a great distance to see the meeting.

MEN'S INTERFRATERNITY COUNCIL
The duties of the officers will still be general, those which, according to parliamentary custom, pertain to their offices. 8, The names of all new pledge holders shall be reported by each fraternity at each meeting of the Council. Notice of each meeting is given by the President of the Council at least twenty-four hours before the time of the meeting.
The president of the council can be a senior member, and the vice president a junior memoirist. A fine of one dollar shall be imposed on each person absent at or before the next meeting of the Council.
WOMEN'S INTERFRATERNITY COUNCIL
Until pledged, no new woman on the mall may feast more than five times in any Olle fraternity house, nor may more than three freshmen be admitted at any one time, except by special arrangement with the council in either case. Invitations are sent at 12 noon on any day designated by the council. No woman will be officially accepted into any fraternity until she has achieved an index of 1.0.
All matters related to reprimands, punishments, suspension and expulsion are dealt with by a majority of 2 to 3 votes. Any brotherhood that oppresses or attempts to belittle other brotherhoods degrades itself in the eyes of anyone by word or deed.
