Pada masa sekarang ini sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang memiliki peran penting terhadap kemajuan suatu perusahaan. Sebab sumber daya manusia ialah pihak yang menjalankan roda kehidupan perusahaan. Untuk menggapai tujuan perusahaan, tiap perusahaan diharuskan mempunyai strategi melalui sumber daya manusia yang baik serta kinerja tinggi.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh human relation serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hasil Karsa Era Perdana (Pujasari). Metode penelitian yang diterapkan didalam penelitian ini yakni penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 responden. Metode-metode analisis yang diterapkan yaitu uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uju koefisien determinasi R².dari hasil Uji Hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan human relation serta lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hasil Karsa Era Perdana. Dan pada uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,7% kinerja karyawan PT. Hasil Karsa Era Perdana (Pujasari) bisa dipengaruhi oleh variabel human relation serta lingkungan kerja.
Dan selebihnya 43,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

At this time human resources are assets that have an important role in the progress of a company. Because human resources are the parties that run the company's life cycle. To achieve company goals, every company must have a strategy through good human resources and high performance. This study aims to determine the effect of human relations and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. The results of the Prime Era's Initiative (Pujasari). The research method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach through the distribution of questionnaires. the sample in this study amounted to 48 respondents. The analytical methods used are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the determination coefficient of R². From the results of the partial and simultaneous Hypothesis Testing, human relations and the work environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT. The Result of the Prime Era's Initiative. And on the coefficient of determination test of 56.7% employee performance of PT. The results of the Prime Era Karsa (Pujasari) can be influenced by human relations and work environment variables. And the remaining 43.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
