Merciful, with power, the researcher can complete the proposal entiled “An Analysis Study Of College Students’ Problem In Speaking For General Communication”. Shalawat and salam are continuously poured out to the natural

lord of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The researcher would like to express her highest appreciation and deepest gratitude to her beloved parents, Asmar and Muriani, who always provide prayers, energy, enthusiasm, finance, love and attention. The researcher would also like to thank all lectures of the English Study Program at Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji who have provided their knowledge and experience.
