2. Job Purpose
Prepare and provide engineering drawings of land preparation and mine reclamation facilities those are accurate, comprehensive, understandable and constructible and manage spatial data, tabular data, and raster data, include areas of land use to mining and reclamation activities to ensure its alignment with PTVI standards and procedure.
3. Main Accountabilities (5 – 8 accountabilities)
1. Design draft of reclamation landform drawings to ensure its compliance with PTVI standards including to maintain its accuracy, usability and comprehensiveness.
2. Provide thematic map, raster map, aerial map as requirement of reclamation report to ensure their compliance with procedure and government requirement
3. Provide and organize Geology Information System (GIS) data for reclamation and revegetation including map of topsoil pile to have the data is updated in regular basis.
4. Coordinate with Mine Planning to ensure data release area for reclamation, re-disturb area, and other thing related to PTVI global report and government requirement (PROPER, JAMREK, Enviro Award, MINER, IPPKH Periodic Report) are as planned.
5. Conduct material take-off and prepare Bills of Materials to maintain accuracy of cost estimation and procurement of required materials.
6. Coordinate with mine survey section to make sure the boundaries related to reclamation, re-disturb area, and other thing related to government requirement are precision.
7. Monitor status of the progress of reclamation area in mine area, newly open area and re-disturb area to ensure its compliance with provided direction.
8. Coordinate and prepare reclamation performance data to ensure it is delivered regularly with expected level of accuracy.

This role will interact significantly with all departments in PTVI, ranging from internal Mining to operational and operational support departments. The interaction will be in the form of :
• Coordinate the update of key business process with Mine Planning, Mine Survey, Mine Hydrology and compliance and Mine Operation,
• Identification of design and control deficiencies, proposed recommendation and monitoring the close out of the deficiencies.
