The researcher used XI accounting as a controlled class sample consisting of 15 students and XI online business and marketing as an experimental class sample consisting of 15 students. In pre-test, the researcher gives some questions orally to the students and the students answered them directly. In this research, the researcher interviewed English teachers to find out students' problems in learning English. The researcher used documentation to support and get information about the school, the teachers, the students, as well as the teaching learning process and research at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Terbanggi Besar.

SMK Muhammadiyah 1Terbanggi Besar merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan, lebih khusus pada jenjang profesi, yaitu SMK yang berada di Bandar Jaya Barat, Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar, Lampung Tengah. Dalam menjalankan kegiatannya, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Terbanggi Besar berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan.

Hypothesis Testing
In this research, the homogeneity test was used to determine whether the variance of the post-test data of the experimental class and the post-test data of the control class was homogeneous or not. The result of the homogeneity test showed that the data were homogeneous for both the control and experimental classes. Based on the previous explanation, the tests of normality and homogeneity met the requirements of the t-test. the researcher used a t-test with an independent t-test to hypothesize the hypotheses as follows:.
From the table above, it can be seen that the total number of students for the control and experimental classes is 30 students. So the interpretation of the above table of independent sample t-tests is guided by the assumption of equal variances. The researcher concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of using shadowing technique on the eleventh grade students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Terbanggi Besar.
Discussion
Based on the result of the calculation, the researcher can conclude that there is a positive and significant effect of using shadow technique in speaking for the eleventh grade of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Terbanggi Besar. So the shadowing technique can be used as a technique in learning to speak and can help students pronounce words. The purpose of this research is to know if there is any positive and significant effect of the shadowing technique on the speaking of students in the eleventh grade of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Terbanggi Besar.
Based on the result of the research, the researcher can conclude that the shadow technique has had a positive and significant effect. This is shown by the average score after the test in the experimental class of 77.67. Thus, the shadow technique affected the speaking of students in the eleventh grade of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Terbanggi Besar. It means that the answer to the research problem was answered by the calculated data that there was a positive and significant effect of the shadow technique on the speaking of the student in the eleventh grade of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Terbanggi Besar where there is a positive and significant effect to the student's speech. speaking taught using shadow technique and student speaking taught without using it.
Suggestion
The students' experimental class scored higher than the control class when they were taught using the shadowing technique, which proved to improve their pronunciation by creating more practice opportunities for them.
