The researcher expresses praise and gratitude to Allah SWT., God Almighty who always bestows His grace with the completion of this skripsi from the beginning to the end, with the title "Developing Scratch Program for Teaching Listening in Report Text at Grade 9" is presented as partial fulfillment of the requirements for the attainment of a Bachelor of Education degree at the faculty of teacher training and education Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji. The researcher gives thanks to all who assisted and contributed input in the completion of this skripsi, especially for:

1. Prof. Dr. Agung Dhamar Syakti, S.Pi, as the Rector of Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji.
