18) Inspection Officer’s remarks:
1. The proposed excavation of road metal of Smt. T. Lakshmamma, Sy.No.01, Kachavaram (V), Ibrahimpatnam (M), Krishna District to mine road metal of 50,002 m3/annum to an extent of 2.234 Ha. with project cost of Rs.17 lakhs . The proposed mining unit is a Semi- mechanized open cast mine.
2. The proposed mining unit does not obtained EC from SEIAA, MoEF & CC, Go.A.P.
3. The mining unit has applied for CFE of the Board duly paying requisite CFE fee of Rs.2400/- against the total project cost of Rs.17 lakhs under Red-Haz. category.
4. The nearest habitation is Kachavaram village is located at a distance of about 1 Km. from the proposed unit.
5. The mining unit has obtained mining lease for a period of 5 years from the Deputy Director, Mines & Geology, Vijayawada vide mining plan approval letter no:166/Q3/2019, dt.02.07.2019.
6. The mining unit proposed to utilize total water consumption -10.0 KLD from borewell as a source out of which for dust suppression- 5.0 KLD, greenbelt development – 3.0 KLD and domestic – 2.0 KLD.
7. There is no wastewater generation from the proposed mining unit except domestic wastewater – 1.0 KLD. The domestic waste water is proposed to be discharged into septic tank followed by soak pit.
8. The proponent of the mining unit have to maintain a setback distance 7.5 mtrs buffer zone all around the mine lease area for green belt development.
The issue of CFE to the project proponent may be considered duly stipulating necessary conditions.
19) Regional Officer remarks:
The issue of CFE to Grave mine of Road metal of Smt.T.Lakshmamma, Sy.No.01, Kachavaram (V), Ibrahimpatnam (M), Krishna District may be considered duly stipulated necessary conditions.

The matter is placed before the CFE committee for review and to take a decision.
