Description of the event
The speaker on the occasion was Mr Debasish Gupta who is the Vice president of 3M India, Personal Safety Division.
He is senior business leader with varied experiences in managing people and P&L across various geographical areas – India, Dubai and Africa. He had a degree in Engineering & 23 yrs of cross- functional, multi industry experience in Infrastructure, Healthcare, Media , Construction chemicals & Packaging.
Trained on competency assessment in SHL, UK and conducted 30 assessment centres in cross cultural environments conducted a detailed session on how students need to set their both long term and short term goals in the ever changing business environment.
