SamarpanBhaav- This lesson of Vedas emphasis on “Dedication”which says don‟t be rebellious in behaviour when you are depressed or in state of failure, instead you should accept the things the way they are coming into your life & put in your entire efforts & dedication towards further improvement. If the business is not doing good then one should not feel depressed rather it should explore the new ways & gap through which they can capture the market by making further improvements in their existing products.

The lessons from Vedas guides the organization to run their business with entire dedication in order to earn ethical profits by doing welfare of the society. Vedas also says that don‟t do deeds with greed and maintain a balance in your actions as sometimes excess of goodness can results a habit of taking undue advantage by unworthy people.
In the same way lessons from Mahabharata guides how to make best use of the resources available in your organization according to their interest & potential and how to win the extreme conditions by having faith on yourself.
