Some of the job seekers may have questions about the job descriptions or requirements and they should ask the employers. If the system lacks a communication channel for the employers and job seekers to interact personally during the process of applying for the job postings. Therefore, the database of the proposed system should be updated regularly to provide available job postings to the job seekers.

This proposed project is to ensure that all job postings are available for job seekers to search and apply for. This proposed project aims to develop a user-friendly job recruitment system with a communication channel provided so that job seekers and employers can communicate through the system. Moreover, job seekers can get job location by checking the map in this system.

A successful online job recruitment platform will enable job seekers to search for jobs and apply for the job, while employers can post jobs in the platform to hire employees. Thus, this proposed project will become more important for the job seekers, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A major part of the mission of an online job application is to help employers recruit workers and also help job seekers find jobs. In addition, all mobile applications provide job seekers with features such as job search and applying for available jobs. In addition, JobStreet offers smart filters for job seekers looking for a large number of job postings.

In addition, JobStreet also provides job recommendations for job seekers to recommend more suitable jobs. The Indeed Job Search application offers job seekers jobs in more than 60 countries and 28 languages ​​[7]. In addition, Indeed Job Search offers company reviews that job seekers can check and read for company reviews.

Not only that, job seekers can message employers directly using the app and locate nearby jobs using GPS. Ultimately, the aim of this proposed project is to help jobseekers find employment and start their careers more easily.

Next, the user needs to enter an email and password to log into the mobile application. However, the user can create a job seeker account or an employer account if the user does not have an account. Once the login is successful, the user will proceed to the home page according to the user category they have selected and logged in to.

The administrator goes to the administrator's home page to view the job postings and the number of days the job postings have been created by the employers. In addition, the administrator can go to the All Users or All Employers page to view a list for the users or employers. Job seeker can also go to other pages like Message page, Favorite page and Me page in the application.

Not only that, job seeker can go to the other pages like My Profile page, My Application History page and My Resume page when the job seeker is at the My page. Finally, employer will continue to the employer's home page and the employer can go to the other pages after login is successful.

During the requirement analysis phase, all possible requirements such as functional and non-functional requirements for this system will be collected and user requirements will also be collected for further analysis. Furthermore, a deep analysis of the requirement will be made to find out the most suitable requirement to develop for the system. In this proposed project requirements will be collected from customers and users to analyze it.

Suitable users will be job seekers and employers who take care of recruiting new personnel. In addition, system requirements will change dynamically, so this proposed project will adapt to the situation. Using the data and information from the system design, the system will be developed in a small unit for the testing phase.

Besides that, each unit will be developed and tested for its functionality to make sure it works well before moving to the next phrase. In this phase, a mobile app for job recruitment platform will be developed to test for the system. The units developed in the development phase will be integrated into a system and a system testing will be performed.

An online recruitment mobile application will be deployed for users to test and use the features in it. After the system is deployed, a system review will be performed to gather information about the system, such as there is a system error and feedback about the system. Job seekers and employers will be our survey questionnaire respondents to gather feedback about the mobile application for the online recruitment system.

Resume Upload Option Allow job seekers to upload their resumes to the system and apply for jobs. Allow job seekers to message employers directly with employment questions. Ability to save job postings Allow job seekers to save job postings they like.

Conclusion

A mobile application called "Good Job" has been successfully developed at the end of this project. The purpose of this mobile application is to help job seekers and employers to simplify the recruitment or application processes. It will also help job seekers find their desired jobs and help employers recruit the right and potential employees.

The intended users of this project are the job seekers and employers who are willing to more easily find the desired jobs through online and recruit employers through online. The similar applications being reviewed in this proposed project are JobStreet, Indeed Job Search, Maukerja, and Glassdoor. In addition, it also combines some of the add-on features that are useful and appropriate in this project to provide a better user experience in the recruitment process.

For example, this proposed project will provide a filter for job seekers to differentiate between job types, such as part-time, full-time and internship jobs. It is useful for job seekers to make their job search process faster and easier. Moreover, the methodology that will be used in this project is agile development and is based on iterative development.

The proposed project will go through six phases, which are request, design, development, testing, deployment and review. Moreover, there are some unique features in this proposed project to make it stand out among the existing application. For example, this proposed project provides three types of user categories from which the user can choose and log into the application based on the selected user category.

Users will get different features that the users want to use in the application. All-in-one feature will be developed and provided in the application so that the whole process can be easily done through the application. This can save a lot of time for the users without having to use the functions outside the application.

Recommendation

Job postings on the favorite site should be deleted at the same time as job postings are deleted from employers. Developed job posting view feature and update or delete job posting feature for employers to manage job postings.
