Modifications in the Invitation to Bid
This Bid Bulletin no. 1 is issued to modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents for project:
“Supply, delivery and installation of Laboratory Equipment for BulSU DIO-CAESAR (G-2023-14)”. This shall form an integral part of the said Bidding Documents.

The Bulacan State University (BulSU) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on April 13, 2023 (Thursday), 9:15 a.m. at the Ground Floor, E-library, BulSU Main Campus, City of Malolos, Bulacan, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
The Pre-bid Conference shall be open to all interested parties. Bidders are encouraged to send their authorized technical and/or administrative representatives who will prepare the bid documents to ensure completeness and compliance of bids.
The Bulacan State University (BulSU) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on April 13, 2023 (Thursday), 9:15 a.m. at the 3rd Floor, Audio Visual Room (AVR)- CIT Alvarado Hall, BulSU Main Campus, City of Malolos, Bulacan, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
