Abstract
This study identified
the
awareness,attitude
and usageof
Holy Angel University Faculty and Graduate Schoolstudents towards BDO Rewards Card, a customer loyalty programthat
rewards clientswith
free shopping pointsfor
every qualified transaction at BDO.Respondents were selected using
stratified
randomsampling.
Data were obtainedfrom two
separatedistributlon
of survey questionnaires floated directlyto the
respondents bythe
researcher. The collected data were then encoded usingMicrosoft
Excelprogram, which were then eventually processed using
the
statistical software, Statistical Packagefor
Social Science (SPSS) version17.0.
Descriptive statistics, frequency table and cross-tabulations were usedto
analyze the gathereddata.
The resultrecommended
to
consider having a branch near Holy Angel Universityto
have a greater chanceto
capturethe
market, sponsorships in big events inthe
Universityto
increase awareness, provide easier requirements other thanthe
list of membership eligibilityto
qualify and earn points when payingtuition
fees inthe
