TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
1. As per GPPB Resolution No. 09-2020, Procuring Entities (PEs) are enjoined to do online procurement transactions. With that, bidding documents can be bought by depositing the specified cost of bidding documents to:

A letter of intent should be emailed first to [email protected], after which a confirmation letter will be sent to the prospective bidder’s email address before payment can be made. A copy of the deposit slip should be emailed to the Procurement Unit for verification.
2. A virtual pre-bid conference will be conducted via Google Meet on the time and date specified in the Bidding Documents. For those who will participate, kindly send an email to [email protected]. Gmail addresses are preferred in order for the meeting to be seamless.
3. Bids to be submitted should still be in hard copies. Bids can be submitted via courier and should be received by the BPSU-BAC Secretariat before the deadline specified on the bidding documents.
As promulgated, this shall serve as an amendment to the bidding documents and accordingly modifies/supersedes any and all provisions which are inconsistent herewith.
