Welsh dan Blosch (1978:104), seperti yang dikutip oleh Hall, berpendapat bahwa: Theselfconcept is defined as the set of perceptions and feelings that and individual holds about himself. It also includes self esteem with all of its parts considered as a whole .
Besides different strategies of teaching , there is other factor that influences the success or the failure of teaching program that is the perception of the students about themselves that is called self- Concept In Learning . According to Harris, Santangelo, and Graham (2008) say that selfconcept involves four aspects. Firstly is of how someone observes in a particular behavior, secondly is of how someone thinks about him/ herself/ , thirdly is of how someone values him / herself, and finally is of how someone survives and completes. Thus, theselfconcept influences the social identify, motivation and attitudes to higher education. In addition, some dynamics of selfconcept develops students to higher education. In addition, some dynamics of identify and self – esteem as an educational goal because a student for their future like self- advocacy ,self awareness, self – responsibility . Then they could have confidence to have a growth in learning and teaching process. Specifically, these would influence their selfconcept, social identity,’ motivat ion and attitudes to higher education. And, somehow, students can be taught to reflect revise their plans when they find that their direction has changed or that their plans are not working as intended.
The novel makes the researcher interested in David’s life, in the way he makes the decision in the different situation and different solution without leave his self-concept. The problem faced and the reaction of the environment to David is also interesting. So, the researcher is interested in how David makes his life better. Theselfconcept of David is the point why he is able to make right decisions. Beside that if David makes mistakes, he is able to make it better, not only make a better decision but also make a better situation from the first decision. Selfconcept is the mental and conceptual understanding and persistent regard that sentient beings hold for his existence. The overview of self-concept theory has focused on the describing the ways people organize and interpret their inner world of personal existence.
Brand attitude is one of the key elements on achieving brand equity. Marketers have long invoked the construct of brand attitude as key antecedents to consumer behavior (Whan Park, MacInnis, Priester, Eisingerich, & Iacobucci, 2010). The definition of brand attitude is the overall evaluation of individual towards a brand, usually the basis of brand choice and also an evaluation of expected capacity to deliver a currently relevant buying motive (Keller, 2013; Olson & Mitchell, 1981; Rossiter, 2014). In the evaluation process, consumers consider many things and one of them is theself-concept congruity with the brand. This means the emergence of attitude toward a brand from the consumer perspective is the result of perceptions of themselves regardi ng a brand, and it can be a predictor of consumer’s behavior towards the brand (Liu, Li, Mizerski, & Soh, 2012).
GSOM algorithm is used as the starting point to cluster all the instances in the initial dataset. Once the map has been generated, clusters from GSOM are identified by using the cluster identification method as in . The identification method is carried out by clustering the hit nodes on the map with the k-means algorithm. The k-means algorithm will be run from k=2 to k= √ N, where N is the total number of hit nodes from the map. The best k is selected by using the Davies-Bouldin (DB) index. The identified clusters from GSOM become the children of the root, creating the first level of the tree. The statistics of each cluster in the level are calculated and stored, becoming the feature or concept for that cluster. The statistics are obtained from the hit nodes in the cluster including number of hit nodes mapped to the cluster as well as the average, sum and sum of square of value for each dimension. These clusters are refined further to get the subsequent levels of the tree. To get the second level, the following algorithm is performed for each cluster (c1 i ) in the
Cosplay otaku is a person who has obsessions for the art of appearance with wearing costumes and accessories that imitates public figures of character better than the comic figure and cartoons that originating in the country of japan. The generic notion of SEW preservation may not be specific to family firms. For example, entrepreneurs may favor rapid growth to preserve their social status and identity as members of the breed and because venturing provides emotional satisfaction (Miller, Le Breton-Miller, & Lester, 2011). Chief executive officers of large firms may favor stable earnings to enhance their reputation among analysts as skilled managers (Healy & Wahlen, 1999). These motivations too have both emotional and social components and they are related to career and reputational endowments; moreover, some of the outcomes are similar to those favored by family owners. Again, the challenge to family business scholars will be to relate SEW priorities directly to specific family-centric concerns.
Perceived desirability and feasibility have increased through participation in entrepreneurship education programmes in Universities (Oriarewo, Chukwujioke and Aondoseer 2013). , According to Friedrich and Visser (2005), education about entrepreneurship and for entrepreneurship will increase students’ interest in becoming entrepreneurs at some stage after graduation. The role of formal education was quite high and tended to be similar between men and women. It indicated that formal education helped them to develop an attitude of initiative and entrepreneurial attitude, to better understand the role of entrepreneurs in society, to be interested in becoming an entrepreneur, and to provide the skills and business knowledge. These results support what has been mentioned by Gorman et al., (1997) that education can transfer knowledge and develop relevant skills that improve self-efficacy and effectiveness of the potential entrepreneur. A study by Jiménez et al. (2015) also show similar results that tertiary education increases formal entrepreneurship as a consequence of the higher self-confidence, lower perceived risk and enhanced human capital.

In this study, I facilitate a group of Indonesian English college teachers to engage in teacher self- evaluation activity by using four self-evaluation tools: teacher self-reflection questions, video recording, action research, and student feedback. The reasons for these tools are that they assist teachers to focus on certain aspects of their teaching and can act as a practical guide to plan possible improvement on that teaching. Video recording is also used as the tool because it could be a mirror allowing teachers to see and assess their own instructional practices. I also used tools that involve others in examining teaching practice. First I used student feedback because students as knowledge receivers become a significant source of evaluating of their teachers’ performance. According to Richardson (2005), student feedback provides important evidence for assessing teaching quality and it can be used to support efforts at improving teaching quality. Action research, which is done collaboratively with other teachers, is also used as a self-evaluation tool in the process of teacher self- evaluation as it could increase the effectiveness of teachers’ practice by sharing and collaborating with
