The comparison on gender for all 6 ethical aspects showed that responsibility and discipline differed significantly. The comparison of the learning performance factor in all six ethical aspects revealed the statistically significant difference.

The efficiency of the organization of learning activities problem-based learning and problem-solving thinking for Matthayomsueksa 2 students was and respectively. The effectiveness indices of the organization of problem-based learning activities and problem-solving thinking learning activities for Matthyomsueksa 2 students were 0.5447 and 0.5189, respectively.

The students who learned using the 7E inquiry learning activities and problem-based learning activities did not differ in learning achievement, science process skills, and science attitudes.

This thesis aimed to: 1) study the characters of learners for the online virtual classroom, 2) develop the online virtual classroom management system for students with characteristics suitable for online learning, and 3) reviews the online virtual classroom management system for students with features suitable for online learning by students. The sample was 44 students with characteristics suitable for online learning of MSc Information Technology, Mahasarakham University (in the academic year of 2011), obtained through the random sampling technique. 1. The characteristics suitable for online learning each of the 4 areas: skills and the ability to use the equipment and communication tools, Academic skills, Social skills and self-learning characteristic. 2.The online virtual classroom management system for students with features suitable for online learning each of the 7 areas: 1) manual 2) privacy and security.
3. The evaluation results of the online virtual classroom management system for students with suitable characteristics for online learning by students were generally good.
The Academic Management Competency of School Administrators Under Chiangrai Primary Education Service Area Office 2
This research aims to 1) study the academic management competencies of school administrators under the Chiangrai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 Based on the Professional Standard of the Secretariat Office of the Teachers Council of Thailand. Based on the Professional Standard of the Secretariat Office of the Teachers Council of Thailand according to management experience and school sizes. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage (%), mean (µ) and standard deviation (σ) The results showed that 1) the academic management competencies of school administrators under Chiangrai Primary Education Service Office 2 on the basis of professional standards. of the Secretariat Office of the Teachers Council of Thailand was at a high level (µ=4.10, σ=0.45) and 2) Comparing the academic management competencies of school administrators under Office 2 of the Chiangrai Primary Education Service on the basis of professional standards of the Secretariat Office of the Teachers' Council of Thailand according to managerial experience and school sizes.
