第三節 研究限制與建議

一、研究工具方面

本研究所使用的測量工具,送禮動機量表、友誼量表及快樂感量表,雖具有良好 的信效度,但由於整體量表題數較多,對於工作忙碌的護理人員來說,在填答過程中,

可能無法專心填寫,以致於真實狀況無法呈現出來。由於本研究考量樣本特性及抽樣 範圍,未能執行預試,因此,建議未來可先執行預試,經預試結果刪減量表的題目,

研究結果應更能分析出因果關係。

再者,友誼量表方面測量受訪者對一般友誼的主觀認定,對於工作中友誼無法整 體衡量出來,建議可加入職場中與友誼相關的題項,或是可加入同事或主管的評量,

可以更加客觀測量出結果。

二、研究對象方面

本研究基於有限的人力、物力及時間,選定北區某區域醫院之護理人員為樣本,

樣本代表性與整體觀點時有不足,由於台灣南、北風俗人情也有所差異,建議未來可 以針對不同地點分區比較地緣性之差異,進行相關之研究,以增加研究結果的適用

性。

再者,本研究以護理人員與護理主管為對象,送禮動機會因對象不同而有所不同,

本研究並未在這方面做差異性之比較,建議後續研究,可針對身分別不同,探討送禮 動機、友誼與快樂感之差異性,進而擴充相關研究之多元性。

三、研究變項方面

本研究由於時間的限制,著重在探討送禮動機、友誼與快樂感三者之間的關係,

而研究結果在整體結構模式中,快樂感對整體模式的變異解釋力為.284,顯示影響護 理人員的快樂感上有其他因素存在。由於快樂感為主觀的認知與情感,涉及層面甚廣,

加上友誼存在於主管與部屬間、同單位同事之間、跨科室醫療團隊之間,建議未來研 究可再加入其他研究變項,例如個人特質、組織文化、特殊節日送禮、特殊場合送禮 等等變項,來探討三者之間的關係。再者,不同的送禮動機對護理人員之友誼與快樂 感之間是否有所差別,建議後續之研究可以將送禮動機作為調節變項,探討快樂感是 否有所差異。

由於護理人員旅遊購買伴手禮之送禮動機、友誼與快樂感屬於尚未開發探討領 域,本研究尚處於初始階段,各項資料分析亦都屬初步整理分析。然而,本研究的分 析結果,仍然透露出一些重要訊息與貢獻。未來的研究,若能增加相關因子之探討,

擴大樣本範圍,將能得到更精確且深入之研究結果。
