We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of:

Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;

Decree No. (1) of 2023 Concerning Governance of the Councils/ Boards and Committees Affiliated to the Government of Dubai (the “Decree”); and

The legislation establishing and regulating the Councils/ Boards and Committees affiliated to the Government of Dubai,

Do hereby issue this Resolution.

Councils/ Boards and Committees Governed by the Decree Article (1)

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other legislation, the Decree applies to the following Councils/ Boards and Committees:

1. the Councils/ Boards and Committees set out in the list attached hereto; and

2. the Councils/ Boards and Committees to which the application of the Decree is extended by His Highness the Ruler of Dubai or the Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai.

Commencement and Publication Article (2)

This Resolution comes into force on the effective date of the Decree, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
