The role of scholars at Madina Islamic University in spreading the values of coexistence and tolerance with. The present study sought to highlight the effective role of scholars at the Islamic University of Madinah in spreading the values of coexistence and tolerance with non-Muslims in the light of modern technical progress. To achieve the objective of the research, the researcher used a descriptive survey method and used the questionnaire on a simple random sample of 375 students.
After reviewing the central questions, the results of the study concluded that the scholarship students have their role in spreading the values of coexistence and tolerance with non-Muslims in the light of modern technical progress to a large extent, with an average of 3.97 The study showed that the role of the students in spreading the values of tolerance was achieved in the religious aspect, which took the lead, then the national aspect, the intellectual and cultural aspect, and the social aspect. One of the most prominent roles of scholarship holders in spreading the values of coexistence and achieved tolerance is their commitment to the values of Islamic moderation in their coexistence with non-Muslims, their patience and tolerance towards non-Muslims, the use of justice in relation to rights with non-Muslims and showing the image of true Islam, its tolerance and belonging to it. The study reports that there were statistically significant differences in the answers of the study sample due to the difference of the continent and living with non-Muslims in the family or tribe, and there were differences in the answers of students from the African continent and students who live with non-Muslims in their families and tribes.
There are no statistically significant differences due to the difference in the level of education and the number of Muslims in each country.
