Trong 250 nha quan ly dUpc khao sat cd 226 nha quan ly lam viec lai khach san 3 sao chid'm ty le cao nha'l la 90,4%; cd 14 nha quan ly lara viec trong khach san 4 sao, chie'm 5,6% va ed 10 nha quan ly lam viec trong khach san 5 sao, chie'm 4%. IMPACT OF INTERNAL MARKETING AND MARKET ORIENTATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT
IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY IN HO CHI MINH CITY

ABSTRACT:
This research explores the influence of internal marketing and the market orientation on organizational commitment of the hotel staff in Ho Chi Minh City. This research v^as conducted in two stages, including preliminary research and formal research stage. In particular, the research was conducted through a questionnaire survey for managers of three to five-star hotels in Ho Ghi Minh City. The research's regression analysis shove's that Development factor has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment while Continuance Commitment is impacted by Rewards factor. The elements of market orientation such as Information generation.
Information coordination, and Responsiveness have no influence on Organizational commitment.
