Dac biet viec xac dmh dp vdng ciia dam chiu udn ngoai GHDH bang thye nghiem con it d u a c d i cap trong cac tai lieu. Bdi vay v i n d i danh gia chuyen vj ciia dam thep khi lam viee ngoai gidi han dan hdi bang thye nghiem la van d i rat dang d u a c quan tam.
