Ti^n hanh khu due khi hoa chua no (bao phan chua mo), thuang la truoc khi hoa no tir 3-4 ngdy.
Diing tay tdch nhe dau nu hoa va ngdt cac bao phan (co the diing panh gap bo bao phdn), roi dung bao phan trong cac dia nhua petri, d^ noi kho rao, thodng mat. Khi bao phan bung thi co the su dung hat phdn de tiiu (Van tuyl, 1991).
Doi voi phuong phap thu phan thong thirong:
khi hoa no tii 1-2 ngay (dau nhuy ti^t dich) thi tien hdnh thu phan. DCing biit long (hoac tam hong) chdm vao dia dung hat phan va thu true ti^p l&n ddu nhuy cua cay me. Doi voi phuong phdp tiiu phan cdt voi nhuy: diing dao sdc cdt len phia tr^n hdu nhuy, chi de lai phan voi nhuy co chidu dai 1-2 mm. Sau d6, dung dau nhuy vira cat chdm vdo hdn hpp hat phdn can thu va thu len tren phdn voi nhuy con lai (dinh cua mat cat). Sau khi thu phan xong, tien hanh bao each ly cho hoa bang giay nhom (Van tuyl, 1991).
Doi voi cac to hpp lai xa, tien hanh thu qua 6 cac giai doan 5-7 ngdy, 8-10 ngay, 11-13 ngay sau thu phdn va tien hdnh nuoi cay lat cat bau nhuy tien moi trudng: MS + 90 g/1 sacaroza -i-1 mg/l aNAA Doi voi cdc to hpp lai lai, tien hanh thu qua sau thu phan o 3 giai doan: 3045 ngay, 45-60 ngay vd 60-75 ngdy vd nuoi cay tiii phoi tren moi tnrong Murashige va Skoog (1962) CO bo sung 30 g/1 duong sacaroza va aNAA (0,1-0,3 mg/l), pH=5,8 va de ti-ong didu kien toi b 25''C cho den khi phoi nay mam.

1. Anh huong cua phuong p h ^ thii phdn d^n kha
Thi nghidm su dung phuong phdp thu phan thong thuong vd cdt voi nhuy. Kdt qua o bang 1 cho thay:
Ty 1§ dau qud b cac to hpp lai deu dat khd cao b cd 2 phuong phdp thu phdn thong thuong va cat voi nhuy. Tuy nhidn, co sir khdc bi^t ro rdt vd ty le nay o cdc to hpp lai. Doi vdi cdc to hpp lai xa (tir 1-8), phuang phdp thu phdn cat v6i nhuy dat hi^u qua caa han so voi phuong phdp thu phdn tiiong thuong;
trong khi a cdc to hpp lai lai (tir 9-12) thi phuang phdp thM phdn thong thuong lai dat hidu qua cao hon. Cu thd nhu sau:
O giai doan sau thu phdn 10 ngdy, ddi vdi cdc to hpp lai xa, so qua lai thu dupc khi dp dimg phuang phdp thu phan thong thuong chi dat tir 5-12 qua (tuong ung voi ty le dau qua tir 12,5-30,0%), trong khi dp dung phuang phap thu phan cdt voi nhuy thi ty Id dau qua da tang Idn mot each dang kd (30,065,0%).
Ngupc lai, a cac to hpp lai lai, khi ap dung phuong phdp thu phan thong thuong ty le dau qua lai dat (20,0-87,5%) cao hon so voi khi su dung phuang phap tiiu phdn cdt voi nhuy (10,0-57,5%).
O giai doan sau thu phdn 30 ngay, qua lai ciia cac to hpp lai xa a ca 2 phuang phdp thu phdn ddu khong dupc hinh thdnh (0 qua). O cac to hpp lai lai, doi voi phuong phdp thu phdn cat voi nhuy, ty Id dau qua giam di (chi con 2,5-37,5%), trong khi ap dung phuong phdp thu phdn thong thuong, ty Id dau qua van duy tri nhu giai doan 10 ngay sau thu phdn.

Thi nghidm tidn hdnh ciiu phdi cua cdc td hpp lai theo 2 ley thuat: nudi cdy Idt cdt bdu nhuy va nudi cay tlii phoi. Kdt qua o bdng 1 cho thdy ddi voi cdc td hop lai xa, b giai doan sau thu phdn 30 ngay, toan bp sd qud lai da hi khd (phoi bi chdt a giai doan con non).

Trinh Khac Quang The puipose of this research was to compare the efficiencies of normal and cut-style pollination methods (CSM) for the production of F, and BC; interspecific hybrids of lily. This research included twelve combinations of crosses with six groups (Asiatic-liybrids (A), LA-hybrids (LA). Onental-hybnds (0), OT- hybrids (OT), L fonnolongi (F) and L longWorumThnnh. (L)). Two culture methods-ovary slice culture (OSC) and embryo-sac rescue method (ESR) were used to culture the fertilized ovules or embryo-sac after cut-style and normal pollination on plants respectively. The results have indicated that CSM is superior for the generating F, hybrids. The rate of viable s<tdpods is high (30.0^5.0%). Normal polbnation method is superior for generaUng backcrossing populations with the proportion of viable seedpods peaks at 20.0- 87.5%, For the interspecific crosses, applying OSC method after 8-10 days after pollination brings the highest rate of germinated ovules (40.7-50.696). When using the ESR method, ovanes should be harvested at the best time fi*om 45 to 60 days after pollination (depending on the crossing type and combination), and embryo could be germinated from various genotype combinations (8.1-21.3% success).
