The study used table data of VARUS from 2008 to 2016. Fixed and related (or unrelated}
regression models were eslimated. The result shows that farmers' land use decision-making is influenced by various factors representing the livelihoods base, experience, expectations of weather shocks, economic and material conditions of the locality.

Cdc nen tang sinh kd' (tai san) dtfqc phdn thanh cac loai vd'n khac nhau: vd'n ttf nhien (vi du: dd't dai), vd'n vdt ehd't (vi du: xe may, may phun thudc trtf sau, may keo), vd'n nhan Itfc (vi du, thanh vien trong dp tud'i lao ddng, giao due, phu thudc), vdn tai chinh (vi du, khu vtfc nha d, tiet kiem, tin dung, chuyan nhtfdng) va vd'n xd hdi (vi du: vi tri xa hdi, quan hd xa hpi).
Nhffng loai vd'n hodc tai san nay la nen tang dd' mot hd gia dinh trong Itfa chon chid'n Itfde sinh ke' cua minh nhtf mdt stf kd't hdp cua cac hoat dpng.
