2.2. 3. Phffdng phap nghidn ciJu

Phtfdng phap trong nghien cffu nay thdng qua nghidn etfu dinh linh va dinh Iffdng. Nghidn effu dinh linh thdng qua nghien etfu ly thuye't va dung ky nang thao luan nhdm dl hidu chinh md hinh va thie't ke' phie'u dieu tta. Nghien cu\i dinh Itfdng stf dung phid'u dieu tra da dffde xay dffng de thu thap va phan tich sd' hdu nham kid'm dinh md hinh va cac gia thuye't.

3.1. Thang do

Bi do Iffdng eae khai mem nghien effu, tae gia sff dung thang do Likert 5 mffc dd vdi i: hoan loan khdng dong y cho den 5 la hoan loan dong y eho 39 bid'n quan sal.

(H2) Tien Iffdng, tien thffdng va phuc ldi dffde do Iffdng bang 9 bid'n quan sat, bao g6m: Thu nhap ldi nhan dffde tffdng xtfng vdi kd't qua lam viec;

doanh nghiep phan phd'i thu nhap la cdng bang; eac khoan thtfdng ed tac dung ddng vidn, khuyd'n khich ldi; ngoai lien Itfdng hang thang tdi cdn nhan dtfdc tiln lam them gid, cac khoan ttd ca'p, phuc Idi hay hd tro ttf doanh nghiep; tten Itfdng eua tdi ed dffcfc tra ttfdng xtfng vdi edng viec eua minh, tdi dtfdc ddng day du cac loai bao hiem theo quy dinh (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN,...); tdi dtfdc cung cap day du thdng tin ve chd' do, chinh saeh; tdi dtfde hffdng phuc ldi ra't thie't diffc cua doanh nghiep (kham stfc khde dinh ky,tien thffdng phuc ldi; doanh nghiep to chffc cho nhan vidn di tham quan, du lieh hang nam

(H3) Sff htfng thu trong cdng viec dtfdc do Iffdng bang 6 bie'n quan sat, bao gom: Cdng viec tdi dang lam phu hdp vdi chuyen mdn dad tao cua tdi; toi dtfdc phan cdng cdng viec cu thd' va ro rang; toi dtfdc the hien nang life trong cdng vide; tdi dtfdc khieh Id de sang tao trong thffc hien cdng vide; toi ludn nd life hd't minh de hoan thanh td't cdng viec;

Tdi dtfdc ghi nhan thanh lich kip thdi va d^y du.

(H4) Chinh sach dao tao va boi dtfdng dtfdc do Itfdng bang 6 bid'n quan sat: Doanh nghiep ra't quao tam de'n edng tac dao tao, nang cao irinh dd mpi

mat eua tdi; Cdng tac dao tao nghe cho ngffdi lao ddng ludn dam bao dung ngffdi, dap tfng td't eho yeu cau cdng vide; Sau khi dtfde dao tao, nhan thffc va ky nang cdng vide cua tdi dtfdc nang len rat nhieu;

Sau khi dffde dao tao, hieu qua cdng viec cua tdi td't hdn tttfdc, Trinh do, nang Iffc cua ldi dap tfng vdi cdng vide ma tdi dang dam nhan.

(H5) Cd hpi thang tie'n dtfdc do Iffdng bang 5 bien quan sat: Doanh nghiep ra't quan tam, tao cd hdi cho tdi thang tie'n chtfc vu; toi cd nhieu cd hdi, dieu kien de pha'n da'u thang tien; tdi ludn nhan dtfde sff tin nhiem, ung hd cua chu doanh nghidp; ldi ludn nhan dtfdc stf tin nhiem, ung hd cua ddan vidn va ngtfdi lao ddng ndi lam vide; vide can nhac, de bat, thang tie'n cho tdi la edng bang, dan chu, cdng khai.

(H6) Phong each lanh dao dffde do Iffdng bang 5 bie'n quan sat. Ca'p trdn cua tdi ludn dd'i xtf vdi anh/ehi mpt each tdn ttgng va cdng bang; chu doanh nghidp ludn lang nghe, iha'u hie'u nhffng y kie'n phan anh eua tdi, Doanh nghidp ludn eoi trgng stf ddng gdp cua ldi; tdi ludn tdn trgng chu doanh nghidp vi ho la nhffng ngtfdi ed nang Itfc, uy tin, tad cdng an vide lam td't; ehu doanh nghidp eua tdi la nhffng ngtfdi cd kinh nghiem ttong cdng tac.

(H7) Danh gia cdng vide dffde do Itfdng bang 5 bie'n quan sat: ne'u anh/ehi lam td't cdng vide, anh/chi se dtfdc tang Itfdng va phu ca'p; nd'u anh/chi lam td't cdng vide, anh/chi se dtfde khen thffdng xffng dang;

cha't Iffdng, hidu qua cdng vide cua anh/ehi da dffde chu doanh nghidp danh gia thda dang; chinh quyen, gidi chu, ludn ung hd, tao dieu kien ehd anh/chi lam id't cdng vide cua minh.

(H8) Bad ve quyen ldi ngtfdi lao ddng do Iffdng bang 5 bie'n quan sat, bao gom: Doanh nghidp ngay cang cd hidu qua hdn trong viec bao vd ngffdi lao dpng; cdng doan ngay cang th^ Men manh me vai trd phan bidn xa hdi dd'i vdi Chinh phu; doanh nghidp ngay eang cd uy tin ddan vien edng doan va ngffdi lao ddng.

Hai long eua ngtfdi lao ddng dffde do Iffdng bang 9 bid'n quan sat bao gom: Tdi hai long khi ndi vdi ngtfdi khac ve ddanh nghidp minh dang lam; ldi hai Idng khi ndi vdi ngffdi khac ve doanh nghidp minh dang lam; tdi dilch edng vide minh dang lam; tien Itfdng cua tdi ra't canh tranh sd vdi mat bang ehung trong tinh; tdi hai long cdch danh gia hidu qua edng vide eua ca'p tren dd'i vdi ca'p dtfdi; tdi hai long vdi chinh sach dao tad, boi dtfdng, phat trien eua doanh

nghiep; Tdi hai long vdi mdi trffdng, dieu kidn lam viec; ldi hai long v^ ed hdi thang tie'n va tdi hai Idng ve tnen vpng eua doanh nghidp.

3.2. Mau di^u tra vd dia diem nghien cdu Thdi gian nghien effu ttf thang 09/2018 de'n thang 12/2018 lai cac doanh nghidp thudc KCN Sud'i Dau, tinh Khanh Hda.

Theo Nguydn Dinh Thg (2007) sd' Itfdng man td'i thieu cho mdt tham sd' tfdc Iffdng la 5 mau.

Trong nghidn effu nay thu thap 300 mSu va stf dung phffdng phap la'y man phi xac sua't. Cac mau quan sal dffde dieu tra trffc tte'p ngtfdi lao ddng lai cac doanh nghiep thudc khu cdng nghidp Sud'i Dau, tinh Khanh Hda.

4. Kd't qua nghidn cuTu va thao lu3n 4.1. Khdi quat vi mau nghien cdu Nghien effu da dieu tra 250 ngffdi lao ddng ttong cac doanh nghidp thudc KCN Sud'i Dau, trong dd cd 249 phid'u deu dat yen cau va stf dung cho phan tieh.

Kd't qua nghien cffu cua de tai cho tha'y, trong 249 NLD dtfdc hdi, ed 67 NLD (26,9%) lam trong cdng ty cd phan; 182 NLD (73,1%) lam trong edng ly TNHH. Ti Id NLD lam trong cdng ty ed vd'n dau ttf ttong nffdc ehid'm 59,8% va edng ly nffdc ngoai la 40,2%. Ti le lao dpng ntf lam lai cac doanh nghiep tai KCN Sud'i Dau ehid'm 71,1%; nam ehid'm 28,9%.

Do tudi tha'p eiia lao ddng la 19 tuoi; cao nha't la 58 tudi. Tudi trung binh cua lao ddng tai KCN nay la 31,89 tudi.

Thdi gian lam viec cua lao ddng tha'p nha't la 1 nam; cao nha't 35 nam. Thdi gian lam vide cua lao dgng trung binh 6,53 nam. Da sd'NLD tai KCN Sud'i Dau deu da cd gia dinh. Ti Id lao dpng chffa la'y chong/vg chie'm 31,3%; dang ed vd/ehdng chie'm 66,3% va trtfdng hdp khac chie'm 2,4%. Ti le lao ddng da cd ttf I - 2 con chie'm da sd' vdi 57%;

tren 2 eon chie'm 4,4% va ti le lao dpng chtfa cd con chie'm 38,6%.

Trinh dd hpc va'n cua NLD bac trung hpc phd thdng ehid'm da sd' vdi 85,1%; bac trung hgc cd sd ehid'm 14,9%. Trinh dd nghe nghiep eua lao ddng chu ye'u dffde dao tao tai doanh nghiep, ehid'm 42,6%; trung ca'p chie'm 16,5%; cao dang ehid'm 13,3%; dai hgc va tren dai hpe chiem 25,7%. Cd 2%

Ti Id lao ddng thue nha tto de lam viec tai KCN ehid'm 7,2%; d ridng hoac & eung bd' me ehid'm 92,8%. Tien Iffdng cua NLD tha'p nha't la 3,1 tridu ddng/thang; cao nha't la 12,360 tridu dong/thang.

Thu nhap trung binh cua NLD tai KCN Sud'i Dau la 5,282 tridu ddng ngffdi/thang.

Cd 1,2% li Id lao dgng dffde dieu tta cho rang lien Itfdng hoan loan khdng ttfdng xtfng; 3,2% cho rang khdng Iffdng xtfng; 88,4% ti Id lao ddng eho rang lien Iffdng d mffc do binh thffdng va 7,2% cho rang lien Iffdng la tffdng xffng. Vdi mtfc thu nhap nhff vay, NLD chu ye'u du ttang trai cho eudc sd'ng cua ho. Cd 79,5% ti Id lao dgng cho rSng thu nhap ehi vtfa du trang trai cho cuoc sd'ng; cd 9,6% eho rang hg phai chi tidu tan tidn, kham khd; 5,6% cho rang khdng du sd'ng va ehi ed 5,2% eho rang thu nhap ed dff dat, tieh luy.

Cac doanh nghidp tai KCN Sud'i Dau cdn hd ttd cho ngffdi lao ddng. Ti le NLD dffde hd trd la 93%;

gia tri hd trd ttf 10 - 20 nghin dong/ngay lam vide, ttung binh la 15 nghin ddng. Hinh thffc doanh nghidp hd trd chu ye'u td chffc bffa an ca tai doanh nghiep.

Ngffdi lao dgng tai KCN Sud'i Dau deu bie't dffde eac chinh sach phap luat cua Nha nffde Hdn quan de'n ho bang nhieu hinh thtfc khac nhau, nhff hge tap d nha tnfdng, dtfdc doanh nghidp tap hua'n bdi difdng hay iff tim hieu thdng tin tren cac phffdng tidn thdng tin dai ehung...

Cac tranh cha'p lao ddng chu ye'u do cdng doan ed sd va ehu doanh nghiep phd'i hdp giai quye't, chie'm 49,2%; do cdng doan, ed quan nha nffde va chu doanh nghidp phd'i hdp giai quye't ehid'm 30,8% va do NLD, chu doanh nghiep tff giai quye't chie'm 20%.

ABSTRACT:

This study aims to find out factors influencing the job satisfaction level of employees working in the Suoi Dau Industrial Park, Khanh Hoa province. By using the theory of work and job satisfaction, and conducting field surveys to develop and test the research model, the results show that there are four factors that are statistically significant to the satisfaction of employees' work in enterprises of the Suoi Dau Industrial Park. In particular, salaries, bonuses, rights protection and job evaluation are the most influential factors. The working environment is the least influential factor and has a negative impact on the job satisfaction of employees in tlie Suoi Dau Industrial Park. The interpretation level of the research model is 71.0%.
