Ket qud thuc nghiem cho thdy md hinh hogt dpng khd dn dinh vd dgt yeu cdu de ra. Bien dp ddu vdo cua mgch tic pin ndng lugng mat tr&i thay ddi lien tuc tir 14V den 18V, dien dp ndy phuc thudc vdo cu&ng do buc xg ciia dnh ndng mat tr&i chieu xudng dien tich ciia pin nhimg dien dp ddu ra cua mgch cdp cho tdi dao dpng nhd tu 24Vden 26V. Bdng ket qud thuc nghiem cho thdy, dien dp ddu ra khdi mgch ngp cho dc qui on dinh htm so v&i dien dp cdp cho bom hogt ddng do cdng sudt cua bffm l&n hem ciia binh dc qui Dien dp tir dc qui cdp cho bam qua Relay gidm theo th&i gian bom tir 24Vden 22Vthi dimg bffm.

ABSTRACT
The key content of this paper is about the design of water pumping model using PV solar cells to serve for production, irrigation and everyday living for rural residents in MekongDel- ta. This system can be used in dual-mode operation, with and without timer. The authors have used microcontroller PIC18F4550-40 to read the input current flow from ACS756-50 sensor, and the input, output voltage from the potentiometer, the temperature of the battery from LM35 sensor to control all Commutation frequency of the MOSFET power circuit, closing/opening of the Relay. Voltage, battery capacity, temperature, time diaphragm are calculated and displayed on the LCD. Besides, the circuits also have capacitors and IC 7812 voltage regulator which are used for stablizing the voltage source, and the other capacitors are used to compensate for voltage drops in order to make the circuit stable.
Experimental results show that the model works quite stably and effectively. The input volta- ge of solar panels is changing continuously from 14V to 18V dependent on the radiation intensi- ty of sun which shines down the PV. However, the output voltage has not changed dramatically from 24V to 26V. With the experiments, it can be seen the output voltage of the circuit which charges the battery is more stable than that of the pump since the model power is more than the battery power capacity. If the voltage from the battery which supplies to pump decreases through RELAY from 24V to 22V, it will stop working.

1. GlOtI THIEU
Ciing vdi sy phat triin manh ve cdng nghiep, sy tdng trudng manh v i kinh t i keo theo nhu cdu su dung nang lugng dien d Viet Nam tang len khd nhanh. Hien nay cdc ngudn nang lugng hda thgch hien dang khai thac nhu ddu md, khi ddt, khi thien nhien, than dd, ngay cang can kidt[I]. D i tim ra ngudn nang lugng thay thd ttong tuong lai cdc nha khoa hpc se tang cudng khai thdc cac ngudn nang lugng sach, cd tiem ndng Idn vd ddi dao ttong ty nhien nhu ndng lugng mat ttdi, nang lugng gid, nang lugng nude biin, khi ddt biogas[2].
Nang lugng mat ttdi dang ngay cang phd biin vi chung cd nhieu uu diem cho phuang phap phdt dien. Nang lugng mat ttdi la nang lugng dugc tao ra tft dnh sang mat ttdi, ngudn ndng lugng nay cd the dft va gan nhu vd tan ddi vdi nhu cau cua con ngudi, khdng gdy ra d nhiem mdi trudng, an toan cho ngudi sft dung[3].

2.4 Thi cdng bo mach cho m6 hinh 2.4.1 M^ch diiu khien cdng suat
Mach didu khien cdng suat bao gdm: IC dn dp ngudn 7812 dimg d i dn dinh ngudn 12V d i kich cho MOSFET IRF3205. Vi dien dp tir pin nang lugng mat ttdi thay ddi tft I4V d i n 18V vd tft dc qui la 24V, vugt qud gidi hgn cua chan kich FET cua MOSFET IRP3205 (V^.^ =
±20V). R I 4 cd tac dyng giam ddng kich cho chan FET cfta MOSFET Mgch kich MOS- FET sft dyng mach Push-Pull bdng hai Tran- sistor Tl (NPN) vd Transistor T3 (PNP) ghep lai va mgt Transistor T2 (NPN) diiu khiin.

Khi tin hieu dieu khien dien dp la OV tft chan PWM, lftc nay se khdng cd ddng dieu khiin Ig.^ qua Transistor T2, khi dd khdng cd ddng chuih I^.^ qua Transistor T2 lam Transistor T2 khdng dan. Khi Transistor T2 khdng dan thi Transistor Tl, T3 ddn do cd ddng dieu khien di qua Rl di qua R4 di qua

Cdc chdn cap ngudn la chdn VSS vd chdn K ndi mass (OV). Chan VDD va chan A ndi vdi ngudn duong 5V. Chan VO dugc ndi bien ttd R29 dftng de chinh do tuong phdn cua man hinh LCD.Cac chan dieu khien gdm cd chan RS dung di diiu khiin lya chgn thanh ghi.
Chan R/W dftng de diiu khien qua trinh dpc va ghi.Chan E la chan cho phep dang xung chdt. Cac chan tft DO den D7 Id 8 chdn diing de trao ddi dft lieu gifta thiet bi dieu khien va LCD.
3. KET QUA THV*C NGHIEM
3.1 Ket qua thuc nghidm do dien ap ddu vao tir pin va di^n ap dau ra khi bom hoat dgng.

Dien ap dau vao cfta mach thay dii nhd dao ddng tft khoang 14V din 18V luc tai hoat ddng tdt va dn dinh nhat. Dien ap ddu ra cdp cho bom vd ngp cho ac qui ludn ludn Idn hon 24V dat yeu cdu cua mach tang dp len 24V.
Khi ndng yeu hogc het ndng bom bdng dien dp cua de qui thi mgch cho dien dp ddu ra tft 24V din 22V tiii dftng bom.
4. KET LUAN
Qua viec tiiiit ki va tiii cdng thanh cdng md hinh bom nude sft dung pin nang lugng
mat ttdi, san sang hogt ddng de phye vu sinh hoat cho ngudi dan ndng thdn d Ddng bdng sdng Cftu Long. Vdi viec luu tru dien dp vao binh ac qui, md hinh cdn dugc sft dung cap dien thap sdng hogc bom nude tten cac xudng ghe tten Sdng Tien, sdng Hdu. Md hinh khdng phu thugc vdo ngudn nhiSn lieu nhu xang, dau, khi ddt, khi thien nhien, khi dua vao sit dung chac chdn se lam gidm chi phi sdn xudt, sinh hoat cua ngudi dan ndng thdn.
