This study aimed to analyze faclors affecting the use of mobile payment services at sales points in Long Bien dislrict. Hanoi. The authors conducted random interviews with 210 citizens from 18 years old who used or had never used mobile payment services. The fmding pointed out two factors, which were "Consumers' intention lo use" and "The level of security and trust in suppliers".
