This study focused on researching Ihc total polyphenols content and tree radical DPPH scavenging capacity of extract ilCr^) from Pei^.i amencana Mill avocado seed witli the microwaves-assisted. In this study, avocado seeds were cxlnicted by soh'ent method to had the highest total phenolic content and free radical DPPH scavenginK cap.icily of extract. The microwaves-assisled extraction condtUons (microwave power (\V) and ume (.sei-onds)) were optimizated by Response Surface ivlethodology with central composite dfsii,m (CCD). Other factors were fixed based on results of earlier studies.
