Tom tat: Sat Id dudng ven theo sdng Hau d An Giang dang trd nen nghiem trgng. Sat Id xay ra tai km 88+937, QL.91, Binh My vao ngay 22/03/2010 da lam huhong 70 m dudng gay tac nghen giao thong trong nhieu ngay, lam thiet hai 2 can nha, va hon 27 can nha phal dl ddi. Tinh phal lam dudng tam de giai quyet giao thong tam thdi. Tuy nhien, nguyen nhan va cd che gay sat Id vin chua dugc nghien cUu mdt each khoa hgc. Bai bao nay nghien cUu he thdng hoa nguyen nhan va eO che gay sat Id bang mo phong dung hai phan mem Slope/W 2007 va Plaxis v8.5. Abstract: Sliding of highway embankments along the Hau riverbank on soft ground has become a se- rious issue in An Giang. A failure of the National highway No. 91's embankment at km 88+937 in Binh My took place on March 22nd, 2010 with a rotational translational slide of a 70-m long embankment. The sliding Interrupted the highway No. 91 for several days, collapsed 2 houses, and had to mobilize more than 27 other houses out of the failure zone. An Giang province built a temporary road to reconnect the highway No.91. However, the causes and factors causing sliding have not been thoughtfully and sys- tematically Investigated. This paper Is to Investigate the causes and factors causing landslide, and the mechanism of the sliding by simulations using two softwares Slope/W2007 and Plaxis v8.5. The results show that river water and groundwater fluctuation, toe erosion, geological structure with a thick soft clay layer, increase of human activities, and climate change are key factors that dictate sliding.

Sat Id xay ra d km 88-1-937 QL.91 vao ngay 22/3/2010 vdi chieu dai 70 m, rdng 25 m lam hU hdng hoan toan QL 91 (Hinh 1), gay thiet hai 2 can nha, va hon 27 can nha nam trong tinh trang bao ddng phai di ddi khdi khu vUe nguy hiem [1]. Ket qua khao sat Idng sdng cho thay hien cd 3 lach sau vdi dp sau dao ddng tU -17 m den -21 m nguy CO dSn den sat Id la rat Idn (theo tai lieu khao sat dja hinh thang 11/2010 cua nhdm nghien cUu).

Ldp dat set deo cUng mat tao nen dn djnh gia do hap thu tai trpng mat, trong khi ben dudi la ldp bun set cd chieu dai tUPng ddi Idn 18 m ludn tiem an nguy cd xay ra sat Id.

On djnh eua dudng ven sdng dupe danh gia thdng qua he sd an toan tU phan mem Slope/W 2007 va Plaxis v8.5. Phan mem Slope/W 2007 SLf dung ly thuyet can bang gidi han. He sd an toan (Factor of Safety, FS, Phuong trinh 1) dUpe djnh nghTa la ty sd giOa mdmen chdng trUpt vdi mdmen trUpt [2] vdi gia thiet mat trupt dang tru trdn.

4. KET QUA

4.1. Phan tich on dmh

Nghien cUu nay md phdng hang loat eae trudng hpp khae nhau bang hai phan mem Geo-Slope/W 2007 va Plaxis v8.5 vdi sd lieu thuc te tai vj tri nghien cUu. Cae nhan td nhu sU thay ddi nUde mat va nUde ngam, xdi Id, tac ddng cua cac phUPng tien luu thdng cd tai trpng Idn, va sU thay ddi khf hau dUpc phan tfch ky. Tai trpng tinh toan gdm hoat tai xe 30 T dUpc qui ddi theo [3] cd gia trj la 16 kN/m^ va hoat tai ngUdi di bd la 3 kN/m^

4.2. Ket qua

Ket qua phan tfch dn djnh dupe tdng hop d b^ng 2. Md hinh phan tfch tieu bieu eho cac md phdng dung phan mdm GeoSlope/W the hien d Hinh 3. Hinh 4 the hien md hinh tieu bieu cho eae md phdng bang FEM dung phan mem PLAXIS v.8.5. Bang 2 cho tha'y he sd an toan xac djnh bang hai phan mem Slope/W 2007 va Plaxis v8.5 eho ket qua gan nhU nhau. Theo [2] he sd an toan tdng the tfnh theo FEM rat gan dung vdi he sd an toan tfnh theo phuong phap Bishop.

5. THAO LUAN

5.1. Tac dpng cua ni/dc mat va nUdc ngam Vj tri sat Id ehju sU tae ddng cua nudc mat, nude ngam tU sdng Hau. Nude mat xuat hien cao khi lu dang, gay xdi mdn be mat, tham vao trong dat va cung vdi nUde ngam gay bao hda nen da't lam giam SLfc chdng eat eua dat. Tuy nhien, trong mua lu, mue nUdc sdng dang cao tao phan luc chdng lai sU trUdt [2], He sd an toan tfnh theo Slope/W 2007 dat gia trj Idn nhat vao mua lu la 1,63 nhUng vao mua khd FS giam cdn 1,34 (Bang 2), nhd hOn so vdi he sd an toan cho phep {FS = 1,4 ddi vdi phuong phap Bishop [3]) tUPng Ung vdi ty le giam la 17,8% (Slope/W 2007) va 18% (Plaxis v8.5). 5.2. Tac dpng cua xoi chan

5.5. Thao luan ve vj trf sat ldi

Dja hinh, dja mao, va thuy van ddng vai trd khdng nhd trong sU cd sat Id tai vj tri km 88-1-937 tren QL.91.

Vj trf sat Id nam ngay vj trf hep va udn cong Idm eua sdng Hau (Hinh 2), va dp ddc Idng sdng tai vj tri nay kha Idn gan nhu 1:1. NMTN ed nguy cP ha tha'p hdn khi nhiet dp cao nha't trung binh trong mua khd se gia tang trung binh 2°C d khu vUc ddng bang sdng CLfu Long giai doan 2030-2040 [8].

Cd ehe mat dn dinh tdng the cua dudng dap tren dat yeu thudng xuat hien dudi dang khdi trupt cong trdn [2]. Vj trf nghien cUu ed dja chat chu yeu la set mem va yeu (Bang 1), do dd mat pha hoai se cd dang dudng eong. Ket qua phan tich dn djnh theo hai phan mem Slope/W 2007 va Plaxis v8.5 cho tha'y hinh dang mat trupt nhan dupc deu ed dang dudng cong (Hinh 3, 4). Hinh dang pha hoai nay cung dUdc quan sat tai hien trUdng sat Id d QL.91 va d dpc bd sdng Nhdn Hdi trude UBND xa NhPn Hdi tinh An Giang.

7. KET LUAN

Nghien eUu nay thue hien hang loat cac md phdng vj tri sat Id tai km 88-^937 tren QL.91 d Binh My An Giang sCf dung cac sd lieu tU nhien cae tac gia true tiep khao sat. Hai phan mem Slope/W 2007 va PLAXIS v.8.5 dupe sCf dung de thue hien cac md phdng nay. Ket qua nghien eUu cho phep rut ra cac ket luan sau:

(1) Su thay ddi mUc nude sdng Hau va nUdc ngam anh hudng Idn den sat Id dudng ven sdng d An Giang.

(2) Qua trinh xdi chan lam thay ddi hinh dang mai dde theo hudng bat lpi va tiem an nguy eP mat dn djnh dudng ven sdng do cP che trupt cdng hudng.

(3) Su gia tang cae hoat ddng cua con ngUdi lam tang Ung sua't cat trong mai ddc, tang nguy eP sat Id.

(4 Ca'u true dja chat cua vj tri sat Id cd chieu day Idp dat yeu Idn keo dai den tan day sdng ludn tiem an ngu^ cP xdi Id dUdi dang trUpt sau.
