Kdt q u i phan tich 23 locus SSR thu dupe tdng sd 82 loai alen, trung binh 3,57 alen/locus. TI1$ alen hidm xu^t hi^n la 8,7% (2 alen hidm xuflt hi$n d c a c cSp mdi RM3467 vd RM5811). Hd sd PIC dao d^ng tir0,22 - 0,77 (frung binh la 0.56). Ti 1$ dj hpp d c a c gidng liia nghien ciJru rfit khAc nhau, dao d^ng tir 0 ddn 14.29% (trung binh la 3,45%), T a p doAn gidng lua nghifin ciiu c6 miic d$ da dang di truydn rSit cao, h$ sd tuong ddng di truydn giua cAc gidng lua dao ddng tir 0.02 ddn 0.91. * Nhdm I gdm 3 gidng lua: Ndp bd hdng Hai Duong, Nang qudt bien va Nang qudt vang. Hd sd tuong dong di truydn giua cac giong trong nhdm dao ddng trong khoang 0,26 (giira gidng Ndp bd hdng Hai Duong Va Nang qudt bidn; gidng Ndp bd hdng Hai Duong va Nang qudt vang) ddn 0,91 (giua gidng Nang qudt bidn va Nang qudt vang).

* Nhdm n gdm 11 gidng dupe chia thanh 2 phan nhdm:

PhSn nhom 2.1 gdm 2 gidng: Liia mp trdng va Khau meo cd hd sd tuong dong di truydn la 0,42.

Phan nhom 2.2gom 9 gidng dupe chia thanh 2 phan nhdm phu:

+ Phan nhom phu 2.2.2 gom 6 gidng: Ble lenh xi, Chidm dd, Liia mudi, Lua can dd, Ndp m§m va Ble' la, cd hd so tuong ddng di truydn dao dOng tir 0,42 (giiia gidng Ble' la va Liia mudi) ddn 0,74 (giiia gidng Ble lenh xi va Chidm dd).

+ Ph^ nhdm phil 2.2.1 gom 3 gidng: IR64, Blech e^u va KhSu lay khao, cd hd sd tuong ddng di tniy&i dao dpng hi 0,53 (giua gidng Blech cau va Khau lay khao) ddn 0,62 (giiia gidng IR64 va Blech cau).

* Nhdm III gdm 6 gidng: Lia tdn, Khau nuot cung, B'le tolo, Ble blu, Ble la tong va Khau cam pi.

Hd sd tuong ddng di tinydn giua cac gidng trong nhdm dao dOng trong khoang 0,28 (giua gidng lia tdn va Kh^u nupt cung) ddn 0,64 (giua gidng Ble blu va Ble la tong).

* Nhdm IV gdm 20 gidng dupe chia thanh 3 phan nhdm:

+ PhSn nhom 4.2 gdm 7 gidng: Ndp cai cgn.

Hang ngua, Khau ma giang, Khau ndn, Biao sinh sai, Blao ddng va Kh^u hin. Hg sd tuong ddng di truydn giua cac gidng trong phan nhdm nay dao dpng tir 0,38 (giiia gidng Hang ngua va Kh^u ndn) ddn 0,85 (giiia gidng Kh^u ma giang va Khau ndn).

+ Phan nhom 4.3 gdm 5 gidng Blao cd nem, Khau cu, Chao luu, Khau san va Khc'iu dd ddn, cd hd sd tuong ddng dao ddng tir 0.47 (giua gidng Blao cd nem va Khau dd ddn) den 0,75 (giua gidng Khdu cu va Chao luu).

•V.KFTLUAN

Tap doan gidng liia chiu han ban dja ciia Vidt Nam kha da dang vd cac thanh phan alen. Ket qua phan tich 23 chi thi phan tii SSR vdi 39 gidng liia chiu han va gidng IR64 thu duoc tdng sd 82 loai alen, trung binh 3,57 alen/locus. He sd PIC dao ddng tir 0,22 ddn 0,77 (trung binh 0,56). Ti Id alen hidm xuat hidn la 8,7% (2 alen hidm xuat hien d cac cap mdi RM3467vaRM5811).

ANALYZING GENETIC DIVERSITY OF NATIVE DROUGHT TOLERANT RICE VARIETIES IN VIETNAM BY MICROSATELLITE MARKERS

AiinKviiiR Ri'iuMir diversity of native drought tolerant n r r varieties in Vietnam (including 39 local nce varieties tolerant to drought and lR64-reference vanrty which Is sensitive to droughO by SSR markers showed that: Tlirsc drought tolerant ncc vaneUcs have diversity about allele components. The results using 23 SSR markers for analyzing genetic diversity of 40 varieties have obtained 82 differenrcs alleles, with an aver.iKc of 3.57 alleles per SSR loci. Tlie ratio of rare alld.- is 8.7% (2 rare alleles occur at RM3467 and RM5811). PIC value changed from 0.22 to 0.77 (with a mean of 0.56) which showed high diversity of the studied SSR loci. The ratio of liomozygosily of naUve drought tolerant rice varietjo;. are very different m 23 SSR loci. The heterozygosity ohanRed finiii 0-14.29% (with an average of 3.45%). The ginetic similarity coefficients of 40 varieties were ranging from 0.02 to 0.91. Genetic similarity was determined using Jaccard's similanty coefficients and final tiedrograni construction using a UPGMA clustering methods showed that 40 varieties were divided into four major groups, which shows great diversity among vaneties.

Based on genetic clustenng result, drought tolerant phenotype and the origins of rice varieties, eight varieties have been selected as materials for further research on establishment of a database for local rice genetic resources in Vietnam.
