Bdi bdo trinh bdy ket qud nghien cuu dnh hudng cua cdc chien luac chgy dao khi phay cao toe cho cdc chi tiit hpp kim nhom dgng thdnh mong tai dp bong be mat, dp chinh xdc kich thudc vd thdi gian gia cong. Kit qud cua bdi bdo la ca sd cho viec xdc dinh chiin luac phay cao tdc hap ly cho cdc dgng thdnh mong khde nhau.

ABSTRACT

This paper presents the result of research on thefluence of machining strategies on surface roughness, dimension accuracy and machining time on high speed milling for aluminum alloy thin-walled parts. Since then we brought out conclude reasonable milling strategy for various types of thin-walled.

2. NOI DUNG NGHIEN ClTU 2.1. Cdc chiln liro'c chay dao co* ban

Chien lupc chay dao thudng dupc nhdc den nhu Id phuang phdp cat khi iing dung cdc phan mem md phdng CAD/CAM trong gia cdng. Day cung la mgt trong nhieu yeu td cd dnh hudng true tiep den chdt lupng gia cdng chi tiet.

Kieu chay dao khde nhau, cdch vao vd ra dao, thir tu cdt khde nhau deu cd dnh hudng den luc cat, va dap, rung dpng vd bien dang cua thdnh mdng. Van de chien luge chay dao it dugc nhac den trong cdc cdng trinh dugc cdng bd trong vd ngodi nudc vi rat khd khan de dua ra md hinh toan hgc chinh xdc md td kieu chay dao trong cdc phan mem phdn tich, du dodn. Do vdy, con dudng thuc nghiem Id phu hpp va sdt vdi thuc te han cd de cd the ddnh gid dugc dnh hudng cua cdc chien luge chay dao tdi chat lugng gia cdng thdnh mdng.

2.2. Cac thi nghi6m dugc diyc hien tren mdy DMU60 monoblock Deckel Maho (tdc dp tryc chinh tdi da Id 12.000 vdng/phiit, cdng sudt ddng ca liyc chinh la 15kW, mdmen Idn nhdt 130 Nm, gia tdc Idn nhdt tren cdc true XA'/Z la 6/7/4 m/s^, tdc dp chay dao nhanh 30m/phut, tdc do chgy dao khi cdt t i i da la 30.000mm/phiit, he thdng thay dao tu ddng HSK -A63 kieu kep thuy luc, he dieu khien Heidenhain iTNC 530). Dung cy cdt Id dao phay hgp kim cimg chuyen gia cdng nhdm D16 mm, hai rang cat khi phay thd vd 6 rang cat khi phay tinh. Dd gd Id Etd chuyen dung ga kim loai mdu. Phdi cd kich thudc (ddi x rdng x cao): 60x16x100 mm, vat lieu la hgp kim A16061 (chua qua khii umg sudt du). Lupng du de lai khi gia cdng tinh (day x cao) la 2x50 mm.

Kich thudc thanh mdng thdnh phdm (ddy x cao) Id 1x50 mm.

Cac chiln luge dugc chon thyc nghi?m la Oneway, Zigzag va Zlevel tren phan mem Topsolid 2014. Tien hanh thyc nghiem theo 3 budc. Budc 1 thyc hien tren thanh rnong dang canh nhdm xdc dinh phuong phap de lai lugng du (diu hoac khdng deu de tranh viec can dao ti vao phan da gia cdng phia tren gay ra sai so).

Kit qua chpn phuong an de lai lupng du khdng deu (25mm chieu cao phia tren cd dp day 1,8mm va phdn cdn lai cd be day la 2mm). Budc 2 thuc hien gia cdng chi tiet dang canh vdi 3 chien luge khac nhau nham xdc dinh chien luge dimg cho gia cdng thd. Thyc nghiem nay dam bao chat lugng chi tilt khong bi anh hudng bdi qua trinh gia cdng thd. Ket qua cho thay, viec gia cdng til phoi day 16mm ve dp ddy 1,8mm va 2mm thi chien lupc chay dao khdng anh hudng den chat lugng chi tilt ban thanh pham. Do vay, tac gia chpn chiln tugc chay thd la Zlevel. Thyc nghiem thij ba nhdm chpn che dp cat hap ly cho pha^

Viec Idy sd lieu dugc tien hanh Idn lugt nhu sau: Thdi gian gia cdng dui^c do theo thai gian thyc mdy §ia cdng tir khi bat ddu chiln lupc phay tinh den khi hodn thanh chuang trinh gia cdng. Quan sdt hinh 5 ta thdy, thdi gian gia cdng cho tiing loai hinh chi tiet chenh lech nhau khdng Idn giiia cac kieu chgy dao. Diem de nhdn ra la kilu gia cdng Zlevel cd thdi gian gia cdng ngdn nhat, kieu oneway mat nhiSu thdi gian nhat.

Dua tren hinh 7, vdi chi tilt dgng canh, ^ d tri do nhdm ldn nhdt la 1,863 pm (giiia cdp 6 va cdp 7), nhd nhdt Id 0,206 pm (giiia c ^ 9 vd cap 10).

Viec nghien ciiu cdng nghe gia cdng thanh mdng Id

Khi gia cdng cdc chi tilt dgng chii'T", chien luge chgy dao tot nhdt la Zlevel. Day la chien lupc cho cac chi tieu tdt nhat ve do nham be mgt, do chinh xdc vd thdi gian gia cdng. Dp nham dgt 0,747 pm, dO chinh xdc dat 0.05mm vd thdi gjan gia cdng khodng 11 phiit

Tuang tu vdi cdc chi tilt dang chft "I", chien luge chay dao tdt nhdt la Zlevel. Vdi chi do cdt thuc nghiem, dg nhdm dgt 0,393 pm, do chinh xdc dat 0.03mm va thdi gjan gia cdng khodng 12 phiit

3. KET LUAN
