ABSTRACT
Testing the effects ofBiosar-3 DHCT (CuClz} on blast disease was carried out in randomized complete block design in Dong Thap province. The results showed that both fimgicide and Biosar treatments reduced leaf and panicle blast diseases significantly different than those of checked treatment. Treatment ofBiosar did not highly affect on plant height, number of panicles.m'' and panicle blast disease. However, it increased number of filled grains, grain weight and grain yield. Ihe yield of Biosar treatment was 7.14 tons hd' compare to the yield of checked treatment was 5.08 tons.ha'
. Seed rate of 100 kg.ha' treatment reduced rice blast damage and increased the effects ofBiosar.

Thi nghiem dirge bd tri theo Ihi thuc khdi hodn loan ngdu nhiin tgi tinh Dong Thap: Kit qud thi nghiem cho thdy cd hai nghiim thuc co xu ly thudc trir benh dao dn vd Biosar cd hieu gud gidm benh dgo on khde biit so vdi doi ehung. Xu ly Biosar khong dnh hudng den chiiu cao cgy, sd bongm' nhung gia tdng sd hgt chdc/bdng, ty le hat chdc, trong lugng WOO hgt. tir do gjiip gia tdng ndng sudt. 1 GIOI THIEU

2 PHU'aNG PHAP NGHIEN CUtJ 2.1 Danh gia thuc trang canh tac liia tai xa

2.2 Danh gia hieu Ivc quan ly benh dao on bang mat do sa va ki'ch khang Biosar 2.2.1 Vgt lieu thi nghiem

2.2.2 Phuang phdp thi nghiem
Bo tri thi ngfaiem theo the thiic 16 phu, 2 nhan to, vai ba lan lap Iai, mdi 16 c6 dien tfch la 100 m^, dap ba phan 16 de nuac kh6ng qua lai giiia cac 16 thi nghiem.
Thi ngfaiem g6m hai nfadn t6:
Nhan to kich khdng la nhan io chinh, dugc bo tri trong 16 pfau gom co 3 ngfaiem thiic.
Nghiein thuc 1 (su dung thu6c theo tap quan n6ng dan):
- Xir ly hat gi6ng truac khi gieo. Pha Cruiser Plus 20-50 mI/4 lit nuac/100 kg lua giong, roi cho vao thimg tuai hoa sen, phun hoac tucri deu len giong (da qua ngam ii), sau do trgn deu va tien hanfa dem gieo sa.
- Giai doan 20 NSKS: sir dung thuoc Fuji- one 40WP de phong ngira benfa dao on vai lilu lugng 1-1,2 kg tfauoc /faa. Pfaun uat diu len la.
- Giai doan 30 NSKS: sir dung thu6c Fuan 40 EC vai lilu lugng 1-1,2 lit/faa. Phun ucft deu tren Id.
- Giai doan 40 NSKS: su dung thu6c Beam 75WP vai lilu lugng 0,2-0,25 kg/ha.

Nghiem thuc 2 (su dung Biosar):
- Xii ly hat bdng chat kich khang: pfaa 30 cc/binh 16 lit cfadt kich khang Biosar tiieo ty le 1 phan nuac: I pfadn giong, ngam 24 gia, xa cfaua, ii binh thuang 12 gia, sau do dem gieo sa binh tfauong.
Giai doan 20, 40 NSKS: Pfaun Biosar-3 DHCT (30 ml/binfa 16 lit), lugng nudc phun 320 lit/ha, phun udt diu len Id.
- Giai doan 60 NSKS: Phun Biosar-3 DHCT (30 ml/binfa 16 lit), lugng nudc phun 320 lit/ha, pfaun udt deu len la, ket hgp vdi phun thudc ngira dao on c6 bong Filia 525SC.
Nghiem thdc 3 (Khong xu ly): kfaong xu ly kich khang va khdng pfaun thuoc.

3 KET QUA VA THAO LUAN 3.1 Danh gia thyc trang canh tac lua 3.1.1 Dien tich canh tdc cua nong ho
Qua dieu tra cfao thdy dien tich canh tac liia cua ndng hd binh qudn la 2,57 ha. Nfain cfaung dien ticfa canh tac cua ndng hp Idn va tap trung trong khoang 2 - 4 ha chiem 53,3%, s6 hd dudi 2 ha chiem 36,7%, so hg tren 4 ha chilm 10%.
Hp cd dien tich thdp nhdt la Id 0.8 ha, dien tich cao nhat la 12 ha. Tir ket qud dieu tra cho thay dien tich canh tac ciia cac fad phan bo tuong ddi ddng deu. quy md san xuat rpng, tap trung.

3.1.2 Ca cdu giong lua

3.1.3 Nguon goc, cdp giong lua
Nguon goc: 88,3% nong hg mua hoac trao ddi gidng d l san xudt, gidng cd ngudn gdc ro rang, s6 ho ty d l giing 11,7%. Ngudn gi6ng ma nong hg sii dung gieo sa chu yeu trao ddi giing vdi nfaau (chilm 21,7%), Hgp tac xa Tan Cudng (13,3%), mgt s6 hp cd dieu kien di lai thi mua tir trai gidng (18,3%), mua tir vien liia (13,3%), cac dai Iy nhu dai Iy Ngpc Khue, BVTV An Giang, noi khac.

Xu ly hgt giong: trudc khi gieo nhdm muc dich han che mdm sdu benh trong hat, giup cay Ilia khde, phat trien tdt trong giai doan ddu.
Qua dilu tra ghi nhdn 100% ndng hg diu cd xOr ly hat gidng trudc khi sa trong cd hai vu Ddng Xudn va He Thu. loai thuoc ma hau het ndng hd sir dung la thudc Folicur 430SC (93,3%) nhdm trir benh liia Von vi giong Jasmine85 nhiem benh liia Von vd chi so it hp dting Crusier3'l2.5FS(6,7%).
Phuffngphdp vd mat do gieo sg Hdu hit ndng hd diu dp dung phuang phap sa lan 76,7% va sa hang chi chiem 23,3%, khdng cd hg sir dung phuong phap cay.
Lugng gidng ma ndng fap sir dung de gieo sa biln do tir 100-120 kg/ha (chilm 78,3%), trung binh lugng giong gieo sa la 118 kg/faa.
Nhu vay, lugng gi6ng gieo sa cua n6ng hp tuang ddi chua phii hgp vdi khuyen cao ciia nganh ndng nghiep nhdm faan che sdu benfa hai phat trien.
Sic dung phan bon
Cac hg trong vung canh tac chi bdn phdn hoa hgc khdng su dung phan hiru ca, thdng tfaudng bdn cho lua 3 lan vao cac giai doan 7- 10, 20-25 va 40-45 NSKS. Cung cd mdt vdi hd chia bdn phan 5-6 lan trong sudt vu.
Lugng phan bdn hoa hgc ma cdc fad sir dung kha cao nhu 105 N-71 P.Os-SS K26 ddi vdi vu Ddng Xuan va 105 N-83 P2O5- 62 K.G ddi vdi vu He Thu. Do kfadng sii dung phan hiiu ca nen dii chi san xuat 2 vu/ndm nhung phai bdn kfaa nhieu phdn hoa hgc lam tang chi phi san xuat, lgi nhudn khdng cao, ben canh dd tao dilu kien cho sdu benh phdt trien, gay hai.

Ket qua phii fagp vdi ngfaien ciiu cua Trjnh Nggc Thuy (2000) va Nguyen Phii Dung (2005) khang dinh rdng cay lua cd khd nang ki'ch khang benh tir 9-24 ngay sau khi xir ly bang each ngdm hat vdi chat kicfa khang va cd hieu lyc kich khang keo dai khi phun chat kich khang len liia vdo giai doan 20 NSKS.
Trong dieu kien sa hai mat dp khac nhau, d mat do 150 kg/ha ty Ie benh dao 6n cao faon so vdi d mat dp 100 kg/faa ngay tir khi xuat hien benh dao dn 32 NSKS den cac giai doan sau.
